    This is why dieting never worked for me for the last 4 years, until i stop being so restrictive, healthy eating for the win. 🙌

    THAT IS SO TRUUUUU about the restrictions!!! because I could eat nothing for a whole day but once i choose to do a diet or restrict certain things then I feel like I’m starving and have to eat a lot, as soon as the word “diet” or “restriction” comes into play I’m literally more hungry than if I have a day where I just dont eat much just cause. it’s crazy what those words have done in terms of changing our minds and when it comes to food it’s weird, I was literally thinking about this the other day!

    I;m kind if in that mindset now of having a very restrictive diet and binging because I dont feel like i have any flexibility! This video is great. love knowing im not alone in this!

    You are so spot on with what you say. The more you restrict foods the more you crave them and then binge on them in an unhealthy way.
    It's taken me years to realise this.
    I have a teenage son who is currently into fitness at the health club and constantly wanting to restrict what he eats and then when he has the opportunity to eat something, he does so in an unhealthy way.

    So good Georgie!! I’m in total agreement with what you said about intuitive eating and food rules. I started letting go of all the rules about a year ago and it’s amazing how much more I feel in control of my food, and how much better I feel!! 🧡🧡

    Merry Christmas!! Sorry a day late!! I love how positive you are about food and intuitive eating!! I have noticed lately that I have been craving fruits and veggies and I have never felt this way before!! So it's helping me eat healthier!! So I am thinking this is what intuitive eating is( I will be getting your ebook as soon as I can!! Christmas killed our finances lol)... Am I correct?? Love your videos and thank you for all the positive information I definitely need it when it seems like the people around me are so so negative!!

    Where did you find those mung bean noodles? do they taste like pasta or? i agree with you i binge but i go through stages in the year. I'm hoping this year i can actually smash my goals of being healthy and slimmer.

    If you put a plate over your food before putting it in the microwave it reduces some of the radiation from the microwave

    Are you not that intolerant to eggs anymore? I remember you mentioned in one of your oldest videos that eggs and banana were something you had to eat less. And recently I’ve seen pictures on your instagram that you had incorporate them into your diet :)

    I think I'm going to start some restricting due to some food sensitivities. I've noticed that after eating some foods I will get tired, and not feel well. I'm still not entirely sure which food it is yet, but I suspect dairy. I'm going to get a test.

    you should try going vegan. replace eggs on toast with avocado and replace meat with beans, garbanzo beans, quinoa, potatoes :)

      I have just recently found out that they have a diet for PCOS and Fibromyalgia... Both of which I live with.. So I am just curious to what you don't eat!

      Ugh yes. My skin breaks out soo easily too and a lot of foods seem to affect me, its really frustrating. I eat enough calorie wise, but I definitely have to watch what I eat at all times.

      I would try to add some fruit too... that is typically what I eat and once you are constantly eating healthy it does fill you up :) Hope that helps!
