THAT IS SO TRUUUUU about the restrictions!!! because I could eat nothing for a whole day but once i choose to do a diet or restrict certain things then I feel like I’m starving and have to eat a lot, as soon as the word “diet” or “restriction” comes into play I’m literally more hungry than if I have a day where I just dont eat much just cause. it’s crazy what those words have done in terms of changing our minds and when it comes to food it’s weird, I was literally thinking about this the other day!
I;m kind if in that mindset now of having a very restrictive diet and binging because I dont feel like i have any flexibility! This video is great. love knowing im not alone in this!
You are so spot on with what you say. The more you restrict foods the more you crave them and then binge on them in an unhealthy way. It's taken me years to realise this. I have a teenage son who is currently into fitness at the health club and constantly wanting to restrict what he eats and then when he has the opportunity to eat something, he does so in an unhealthy way. Are you not that intolerant to eggs anymore? I remember you mentioned in one of your oldest videos that eggs and banana were something you had to eat less. And recently I’ve seen pictures on your instagram that you had incorporate them into your diet :)
I think I'm going to start some restricting due to some food sensitivities. I've noticed that after eating some foods I will get tired, and not feel well. I'm still not entirely sure which food it is yet, but I suspect dairy. I'm going to get a test.
I have just recently found out that they have a diet for PCOS and Fibromyalgia... Both of which I live with.. So I am just curious to what you don't eat!
Ugh yes. My skin breaks out soo easily too and a lot of foods seem to affect me, its really frustrating. I eat enough calorie wise, but I definitely have to watch what I eat at all times.

I would try to add some fruit too... that is typically what I eat and once you are constantly eating healthy it does fill you up :) Hope that helps!

At least know what exercise you are doing...that’s not bent over rows...thats one arm dumbell rows and your form is also not right...
