Unfortunately V8's these days are becoming reserved for high end vehicles and trucks. V6's are cheaper to make and you can get as much HP as you need out of them. They also get better gas mileage so unless you get an expensive car or truck, you won't get a V8.
I thought the Flowmaster had more of a rasp in high end, Magnapack sounds deeper more throaty. I just ordered the Magnapack for my 14 RAM V6.. I seen 1 of your video's (RAM V6 straight pipes VS Magnapack) that's what sold me on the Magnapack. Amazing stuff man, Thank you.
On a v8, 392 challenger , is there any difference in sound in a flow fx vs a magnapack? They look the exact same, I know I like the magnapack, but the one I have is 2.5 and the flow fx I have is 3 inch, which is what I need for my car
I have heard 2 V-6’s that have sounded decent. One stock and one far from it. They might get louder but they sound like 💩 when left stock other than the exhaust.
Flowfx sounds bad on anything smaller than 3.8l. Even 3.8 is meh. 4.0+ sounds great. Lol “It sounds really deep.” “Yeah it’s throaty” Uhh no it’s not throaty at all lol.
a lot can beat that sound. put the stock exhaust back on it sounds like a honda. the first one sounds really bad the red ones good but a lot can still beat it haha
That magnaflow sounds so much better... that Flowmaster sounds like a middle schoolers first time playing a trombone.
Yes ..... lol. TROMBONE .... not TRUMPET .... lol. 3.6L has melodic sound similar to trombone or tuba. I have one, I like it, I agree .... lol
Magnaflow actually sounds pretty good.
"you can not beat that sound" actually you can, put a V8 in it so it doesn't sound like a Honda
True
Did You come up with that yourself

Lmao, anything that’s not a V8 sound like a Honda, I’ve heard V6 mustangs and challengers, and even a Honda civic with a proper exhaust sounds better.
@@EndlesSufferingso again a proper exhaust is all that really matters
The Gladiator needs an affordable V8 option so bad. The 3.6L V6 sound, no matter what anyone does to it, just doesn’t fit the image of the truck.

I vote for the Flowmaster and “true duel” exhaust.
true dual pipes with a magnaflow 14" x-flow muffler dual in/dual out would sound pretty damn good i bet.
Red one sounds the best!
Magnaflow sounds pretty good.

The fx is gonna sound wayyy meaner
Magnapack sounds the best
The true duals on these need an X Pipe or H Pipe!!!
wait til the 392 ‘s hit the streets. gonna be a drag race to the malls.
Magnaflow it is , just enough rumble
Sounds like a Rice burner
I just want a tube to bypass the "middle muffler". Wonder where I can find a shop to make one.
Delete the big aft oval suitcase muffler. Leave the forward muffler and the aft tail pipe resonator in. 👍👍
Would it make a difference if the flow master piece was in the muffler area?
Nice Commander.
Like how it sounds with the duals
The Flowmaster true duals are what I'm putting in my 74 duster which I'm restomodding with a 3.6l v6.
I hate the sound of V6’s with the passion you can’t make a v6 sound deep or good
Im gunna assume you haven't seen the GTR video or the 4.3 liter v6 video

@@BigBootySeeker2 ok, that’s 2 out of how many that sounded good. A V-6 needs more than a louder muffler or “straight pipe” action to sound good.
@@BigBootySeeker2 a sport car v6 is a different story
you can with a high quality exhaust system
Such a difference from 3.7 too the 4.0
wake me when the Commander HD comes out with the Cummins or the 6.4L
I am thinking of just deleting everything except for the resonator
I deleted the big oval suitcase muffler. Kept the forward muffler, and the aft resonator. Very happy with the sound.
I couldn't hear the magna flow lol
Magnaflow is best these sound like shit when they are loud
Jeep commander 😏😏😏
I bet the Flowmaster got lost low-end torque because of the true duals. And I think it would have even sounded better with an H pipe
True dual an flowfx sounds way better.

Lol

It's a Wranglator
Dam....frigging know the name of the vehicle
a lot can beat that sound. put the stock exhaust back on it sounds like a honda. the first one sounds really bad the red ones good but a lot can still beat it haha
3:31 Didn't know he was rolling into a Mopar party!
Sounds like farming in a can.
Jeep commander 😂💀
Not bad for a minivan motor 😂
It sounds like a Honda
One strange looking Jeep commander
Gladiator not commander
It's a Gladiator not a Commander
Yo, Jeep commander would have been a better name then gladiator🤷♂️
there’s already been a commander and it sucked ass
That first one sounds awful wow.
Jeep commander lmfao 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Wow jounds like a Honda or even a sport bike get a v8
yeah these jeeps look like sh** and perform worse with that depart angle
Omg that sounds like shit.
Flows sound bad.
