NewRetroWave needs to continue moving in this direction. Korea has a ton of mainstream and non-mainstream acts that go deep into the retro and citypop sounds... and it sounds a lot more refreshing than some of the repetitive stuff NRW releases (even if I do admittedly love a lot of it).
Anyone wanting something special should listen to Wonder Girls' 3rd album, "Reboot" - impossible to not smile ear-to-ear with this album as it has no filler (typical of anything Sunmi releases).
