I watch Nicandro and Raiden the most. they have the most feel to their videos and I don't think you can compare them .. They are both good at what they do. I even asked nicandro in a dm if he watches other channel and he mentioned that raiden has great videos, that says something 🤙 love for all

I thought he was starting to enjoy himself and resisting doing something in public... You know sometimes how you really push a muscle(s) and the hormones and all that follows... But then you realize you're in public and that's not appropriate for a public space.
My legs got huge simply by watching this. The best way to train is to imagine doing the work without really doing it. The mind does not know the difference. Still gotta eat properly however and get plenty of rest. Saves me a ton of time and effort and the results are practically the same, if not better in many regards. Thanks P.S. Do you have one for the upper body too? Don't want to become bottom heavy and look like Platz.
Monday - legs, glutes, back, biceps, forearms Tuesday - chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, abs Wednesday - rest Thursday - legs, glutes, back, biceps, forearms Friday - chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, abs Saturday - 20-30 minutes HIIT rowing machine (cheat meal day workout) after final meal. Sunday - rest 5 days a week workout plan i always warm up with an light calm walk in the morning remember EAT enough/healthy AND rest enough AND do not be too much active outside the gym
Leg day tip. If you dont want to train legs then go to the gym telling youself "il do some light sets on the extensions and hammies" once i warm up from those i allways want to do more. Its easy once you get addicted to the feeling of tension in your quads
KAM what is your criterie then for saying tom platz had the best set of wheels? size? cus i can give you a gang of bodybuilders whose wheels will dwarf that of tom's. proportion and balance compared to the rest of his body? there is a reason they coined the term platzism. lol separation? check kai's wheels, dorian's, ronnie's the list is quite long.
