Mercedes are great for highways and 4 led cree lights are good for off roads. Different lights for different purposes.

No bro, lifespan won't be affected as LEDs are quite durable. Flashing proves invaluable in challenging weather conditions and low visibility scenarios. It's disheartening that some use it for show, but the primary purpose of fog lights is to enhance safety in adverse conditions.

Not necessary red and black, kuch bhi color Use kar sakte hai. Kisi bhi hardware store mil jaayega easily
It heats up a lot...will there be any issue? I got this installed recently and the light heats up a lot very quickly. Is it ok to ignore or need to do something?
No it doesn't heat in my case. 🤔

No. Unless you're connecting it directly without using a proper fog light wiring harness and a relay system.

2 separate wiring harness. And no it doesn't effect the battery if using wisely. Only for touring Use.

Ignition wala wire red colour ka Yamaha MT 15 bike per ho jaega na
Haan, tail light se bhi kar sakte hai. Ignition ka matlab key se hai, jo lights key ignition on karne se ON hoti hai jaise headlight, pilot lights, tail light (always on) not on braking. Wire color different ho sakta hai, so check karke lagana.

Dost there's difference between ride responsibly and creating nuisance. Common sense ki Baat hai Agar koi city mein fog light use karta hai toh definitely police ko challan karna chahiye, isse pareshan karna nhi rules and regulations follow karna bolte hai. And FYI I have installed these lights for touring not for city Use. Hope that clears your doubt.
Any responsible rider should not use high intensity fog lights and headlights in city limits, this causes problem for on coming traffic. (btw I agree with you, we have faced such problems in our ride as well, fog lights lage hone ki wajah se police rokti-tokti hai especially in hilly areas but there's a solution to it, cover it with a black cloth for own and others safety)
