Multifunctional Welding Cart [3 in 1 PLANS]

In this video i've made a hand trolley which has three kinds of uses.
One of them is to use it as a welding cart. I wanted to make it specialy for welding so it can help me in my work but I couldn't find any good designs that would fit my needs,so i designed it myself.
I designed it specialy with some exstensions so it can easily transform into the welding cart,and be good for little workshops since its not taking any space at all.
