I see/hear marshmallow and run quickly the other way! Memo is very hit or miss for me. Some of them go way off the rails into synthetic territory, but others are unique and worthwhile. I do love Tiger’s Nest, though I don’t own it. Just ordered Cappadocia at a hefty discount. It reminds me of a cross between two highly regarded Miyake middle east exclusives, Or Encens and Noir Ambre. Looking forward to the African Leather review. I still like it after all these years.
@@DaveNYC this one is quite synthetic, you are right. Tiger’s Nest is gorgeous but I’m an incense nut. I like African Leather but had to come around to it, Iberian leather also, took some time to appreciate it for what it is.
Can't remember honestly... I think it was part of a trade, something to balance out the difference in my favor, valued really cheaply because my trade buddy (gal) hated it.
@@xzaeger I did no trades in person as of now. The key to not getting scammed is to trade with people who are truly passionate about the hobby. Tried the Parfumo souk?
Also, it really depends where you are from but general advice would be to ask questions about the fragrance (maybe even batch codes) and to ask for pictures, usually you can tell if the person knows what’s up or not.
Whoever made this fragrance must have went through some sort of break up😂 it seems so off as a lactonic scent and as a fruity scent. It’s quite vomit-esque.
I absolutely love Sintra! I also have African Leather which I love as well...🥰
Sintra is really great for people that like powerful sweet fragrances. I'm just not really the target audience but I do appreciate it and respect it.

Another solid review Dan. Haven't tried this one myself, but I'd be willing to bet that it'd be too sweet for me too. 🍩
I think we share similar taste so yeah, probably to sweet for you :D
Thanks for always commenting!
Another great review. I own and love Tiger's Nest, really curious to know your opinion!
Coming soon 👍
Thoughtful review as usual! I wonder what you traded out for this one!

Im getting some memo decants from scentbird 🥳
@@yassercastillo2607 cool! Which ones are you getting?
@SeldomlyOften french leather, not sure if adding tamarindo to my queue. Also getting wavechild and almost single.
@ Tamarindo really intrigues me
This one was nauseatingly sweet for me. I love orange blossom but couldn’t scrub this off fast enough.😂
I totally get it :D
It's not for me either but I try to be as objective as possible.
Where are you doing your Fragrance trades? Or are they all in person? Any suggestions?

Hi, Daniel! Thank you for the video💛
As for “feminine perfume”- do you wear any Amouage “women” fragrance?
I never really dove into those but I have some samples on the way and I'll be reporting back :)
I might jump on Epic 56 sooner than later!
Epic 56 is major. Love it. Wore it 2 days ago,
@@orosz4001 Have a sample on the way :)
Irish leather is the best
@@beetiti I have a decant of that, it’s quite good!

LOL! Why do you say break up? It's super loud and cloying, agree.
@@SeldomlyOften lol just making up reasons bc they seem like they were not in the right head space when they composed it🥴
@@m.h.1593 ahhh ok, thought it was specifically related to a break up 😂
