I hope they release the track preview on the prime 4 and allow us to select the songs and drag them to folders and re arrange them in the prepare folder. Hopefully the next 4 update incorporates these. Super solid devices!

Ive had mine for a month takes a little getting use to its a great back up unit.... Did a NYE gig with it an it rocks sound quality wasnt to bad either.
People complain about the horizontal EQ's, but they make total sense if you see them as a frequency response graph. Isolators share the same layout so it's not that hard to get used to.

I have the prime go, love it. Got 2 questions, how do I use the aux input, and why can't I delete the red letter unusable duplicate songs?
Can't help you with aux input, but for the red-songs, you gotta clean up the library on desktop with Engine Prime and re-export.

I would like to see how scratching would be like with this Prime go and how sharp the fader is. Would be cool if DVS was built into this unit to use a turntable for scratching or even an option to use the Phase DJ with this.

Damn, start to regret recently purchasing RX2.
The RX2 is still a great buy for a number of reasons. It's ergonomically superior to Prime Go--HOWEVER, I want this as well. And it does make sense to have it as a back up. It takes up less real estate in the truck.
Well if not this then prime 2 is vastly superior in capability than rx

one downside for it is what's the point of all of this As i can do it all on my ipad which also runs on battery? saying no power supply if so how can you run the sound system then as you are not hosting a party on a battery powered speakers? It will be mine if it allows the plug of my 4TB hard drive and video output for video djing or Karaoke otherwise cheaper to just buy an Ipad.

Unfortunately, the PRIME GO does not support video output but will play the music from video files.
@@DenonDJTV This would be just prefect if so it had a dedicated hdmi port for video.

Hi Don, due to the size it was not possible to fit an internal SATA drive but it has connections to 1 SD card and 1 USB drive.
@@DenonDJTV Can I plug in an USB powered HDD to the unit and run it? For example I have an external 2.5" HDD that runs off of just USB alone. Can this be plugged into the Prime Go USB port and used when on batter and plugged into a power outlet?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me that before this is released you will ensure that the Effects processors and the basic tone controls will be able to be applied to the Mic channels? I understand that at present neither are. Why would you spend money equipping this with not one but two XLR Mic inputs without the ability to add any processing whatsoever? A complete howler if this will be the case. If this is not possible then this unit is completely redundant in my opinion :(

No they won't as Spotify is for personal use and not professional. so what's the point? they already give you what you can use in a professional account.
@@sofianemansouri8680 You don't know what you are talking about. My Pioneer DJ-400 have Spotify, like the 200. I only use that since a while. Fock off paying 15$ per track for a vinyle. Or 5$ for a wav file. I dig 19 000 new track per year. Arrive in 2020. Bye.

Pioneer has cables more expensive than $250. Although I do agree, $600 US is probably the sweet spot for this.
This is unique, hence unique price point
I think $1K is a good price point considering there is nothing like this out right now. Until another company creates something better then this and undercut Denon's price, this is the right starting price for this unit. If this was pioneer, it would cost at least $1500 or more.

I was thinking the same thing and laughed out loud when they said scratching in the overview. Only DJ Craze could competently scratch on this and it would be just to prove a point. He can scratch with a cat on the platter AND not move the cat.
A big heads up, Despite all of the things Prime Go can do it can't separate the VU on the master meter for individual channels.
This thing is a piece of crap if you can't even level your music. Buy something else until Denon gets their act together.
People have been on the forum bitching about this since April. No fix in sight. Garbage waste of time Prime Go is.

It's not, high quality and works perfectly. The srt 1000 is more of a "professional stay at home" di controller and this is a "professional portable dj controller"
