hi yes u can use pressure cooker to steam there would be no whistle put water down then steam like we did in vessel same way the time would be same around 45 minutes for the chicken to cook thorouhly inside out

It's like this curd being sour n adding lemon may add to more sourness...will both the addition leads to right amt of sourness or will it be over the top. I guess placing aluminum foil over the steamed vesselay be better
