    In this web development tutorial for beginners series, we're learning html and css from the very beginning. We'll learn by building a website from scratch rather than doing a separate html tutorial for beginners an css tutorial for beginners.
    We'll learn about div tags and semantic tags that we can use in the place of div tags to make our html more readable.

    Good idea to fill in the background to see where the section really is!
    And an easy explanation on margin vs. padding.

    The way it is explained is really awesome. It would have been really nice if you had named each video with a prefix 1, 2, 3... so it would help one to know where to begin, and which is the next one.

    I'm only really probably a beginner in html and all that, but I think another way to do the article from the Bing section on the bottom would be to make one div, have a image, paragraph, and div inside of it and floating left, andake the second div have a different background color.

    I feel like teaching html and css at the same time helps people understand it more, but first its important for people to understand what each tags does and means so when they style them theyll know how to style them using a class or id. also having a style sheet should be a priority thing to teach,

    • @alljackeduponXbox
      @alljackeduponXbox 2 роки тому

      CSS and HTML don't have to be separate, but often there are performance and architectural reasons for doing so.
      If you have shared styles used across multiple pages, they can be served from a single CSS file, which you have also set cache headers on (expires headers). When you move to the next page, the user then doesn't need to download the CSS, which results in a faster experience and less bandwidth used. If stylesheets are served inline then you have to download them on each page request, which can often be inefficient for multi page websites.
