Thank you for the marvellous creations! I am super excited I have been able to work on my thesis with this. However, sometimes I feel a wave of emotion flooding me when listening to your videos, and as that is a bit distracting, I need to go to "darker" or mechanic ones 🤷♀ 🙃

For kundalini you must take exercise Yoga and depth breathing
Also can you make all the alpha waves you got 8hz now 12 do a 9 and 10 11 lol
Or a 7>12 / 12>7 progression would be nice for studying and "zoning in"
