I suppose in a way it works out, being the ideal part of the game to be the most difficult, though I'm sure it's still...an interesting kind of fun, this mode of the game, for the boys playing here. 🥴

Mac M I’m willing to bet he also has FIRST and rips the video from RT’s site when it comes out there, edits it, and then just waits for the video to come out on YT before hitting upload. I could be wrong.
Was there ever the moments editing where you thought "man this going to be a short one" then the last level parts come out and you're like "Oh yeah there ya go that the LASO video type we know and love"

They spent 5 hours over 3 days trying to get it done. The first day, Ryan Dropped out and they called it a day, the second they ran out of time on the second day (Michael had a Dr appointment and Jeremy then had a Meeting), and it was finally on the third that they got it.
ODST LASO is honestly pretty easy overall. The last level does have some trouble with the road you have to travel, but if you manage to kill off enough of the phantoms before they drop off ghosts, the rest isn't too bad.
The part with Ryan and his tank spazzing out had to be one of it not the BEST part of this LASO run. I can't stop myself from bursting out laughing no matter how many times I watch it back!! LMAO
It wasn't even Gavin that flew across the screen. I mean, from Gavin's death cam, he was where the Brute hit him. If you look closely, it looks more like Gavin's silenced pistol that shoots across the screen.

Even though the rocket launchers have 998 ammo (+2 in the barrel), it picks up the others as "ammo" if you walk over them too. So you can wind up with only two. Bit of an oversight that I believe the developers acknowledged when they made their video for it way back when, and not a problem 343i bothered to fix when they re-released Halo 3: ODST in the MCC.
Fun fact: you can actually get in the back of the troop hog, it just doesnt give you a button prompt. Marines and ODSTs have permission to sit in the back of one as its still halo 3 :)

I worry for both his wife and children, and how this will continuously affect them in the coming years. I hope they can find some stability and peace, with or without Ryan. I sympathize with AH, who both have to deal with their guilt, and the PR nightmare this has been. I pray they also find peace and stability after the smoke clears. And I’m trying to support this community that we have fostered and grown. This is a massive thing to deal with, but it has to be acknowledged. I’m the first person to find comfort in these series and laugh at their joke, especially older series that I’m familiar with. But laughing at jokes and enjoying series Ryan was a part of in the past does not exonerate this man from what he’s done.
You know, the number of times these guys kill themselves right after they respawn....you think they would learn to just put their controllers down once one dies.....
Then go watch it on the RT site where it is uncensored. They say several times in a lot of their more recent videos that if you want to watch their content uncensored, go watch it on the RT site.
