@@ClassicManUtdVideos I used to turn up at the cliff to get autographs. Waiting ages behind those barriers. we sometimes used to run and hide in those toilets trying not to miss certain players. Those were the days as a kid
This brought back memories! Thank you. Used to be one of the best things about living around there, being able to go to the cliff and see the players and get autographs. I've still got autographs from every player in this video, so it must have been around this time I first went. Subscribed for life
Yeah, players who are average and mediocre driving in £100k+ vehicles. These players who won things and put in 7.5/10 (AVG) performances EVERY game, drive in a family saloon
Imagine if Roy found out about this carry on: "You boys need to be more switched on at this level! It's a six-pointer on Saturday, there's no time for fun and games!", he'd snarl while grabbing one of them by the throat. Lee Sharpe comes across as sound, though.

You know what so funny look at the cars these players are driving and they are 10 times better of most players in the united team now. And you see the players at United driving flashy cars and they are average players with no heart, passion or fight
So many of those players were so arrogant they would not even talk to the staff. Pricks would not even say good morning let alone join in the banter. BZ to Lee sharp.
Eric swaggering into work, like he owns the place. And he did.
He's not called the king for nothing lol
He’s a boss
Not on the big European nights he didn’t, he never showed up
@@TokyoJoe703 ok, like brono now. He goes missing in big games
@@TokyoJoe703 Nonsense
Andy Cole turning up in a Vectra 😂 my dad had one as a company car back then... how times have changed.
These are gold, thank you + keep em comin' !
Thanks, will do!

Such a different time, some of the world's best players driving Mondeos and Vauxhals

Great seeing these again, had all the videos with these scenes but cannot find them anymore. Thanks.
Eric in a Honda Prelude, I saw a Vectra too, Irwin on a Raleigh Grifter... imagine the Premier league teams car parks are like now?!

Really appreciate you uploading these clips, brings me joy remembering of times gone by.
No super cars back then!
Lee Sharpe the only who got a kick out of it. The rest of them looking too serious!
I agree but how would you feel if someone did this to you when you arrive at work?
Don't think Eric understood a word they were saying.
That's probably why he was gone soon after . No time for fun and games at the top .

Who was the presenter? I always wonder what he is up to now. He was very good
Thought this too.. he seemed to be on a lot of United behind the scenes stuff in the 90’s.
Your on sky sports
Must have been a light news day.....
It’s just a light hearted feature from United’ s in-house video magazine!
Cantona
Try and Look good lads, your on UA-cam on my hand held telephone device costing more than that Vectra and the white escort estate.
None of them were on much more than 30 grand a week back then. Not like now when its 250,300 grand a week
I'm sure there was a wage cap of sorts that utd stuck to... They were one of the lasts to change the wages structure and go all out.
