NYC Drive: Smooth weaving through rush hour traffic along 2nd Avenue in a Crown Victoria

Now that Covid is over and school is back in session and offices back open, the traffic is back. Watch as the Crown Victoria weaves masterfully through the traffic mess. Honestly, this traffic was not so bad. Anyone who thinks other drivers have been cut off should take a listen as you hear no horns from other drivers.

I used to live in NYC when I went to Columbia years ago, when I moved to Shanghai I can tell you the traffic congestion here is much better than NYC, primarily due to the restrictions on non-local license plate rule. If you don't have a local license plate you cannot drive from 7am until 8pm, the requirements to get a local license plate for non local residents or even temporary residents are just almost impossible to meet.
