I have been comparing cirned beef brands for a long time, but still nothing beats purefoods corned beef. Its taste is very pinoy and we love it. Next in line, is delimondo ranch style cirned beef, very beefy taste.

Mahilig ako sa canned corned beef ever since I was a child. The only one I've tasted here in your lineup is Palms. It's very good providing you remove most of the fats in it! Although I would love to taste all of what you have there! I'm sure most of them are yummy 😋
Libby's is my favorite, next is Target, then Hereford, Purefoods, Delemondo, and Highlands cornedbeef.
Should have included Purefoods too.

In US, whats usually around is Libby's, Hormel, Hereford, Swift, Palm, Ox and Palm, Pure Foods, Crown, Argentina (Product of Brazil version though not Philippines)....i like Palm Corned Beef, Onion and Garlic flavored..
We grew up eating Argentina Corned Beef and minsan yung mga corned beef from abroad na pasalubong from relatives. Nung nagcollege naman ako, I used to buy yung Swift na corned Beef dahil mura which tastes like crap (well...you get what you pay for). Then natikman ko yung Purefoods corned Beef, and I thought to myself that "Im never coming back to Argentina Corned beef ever again". Pero dahil mejo may pagkapricey si Purefoods, nagtry ako ng Highlands corned beef. Mas masarap sya sa Argentina but not better than PF. After a while, natry ko yung Delimondo and I must say that "it's the best corned beef that I've tried" mahibla, malinamnam, masarap talaga. The only downside is it's too greasy for me. Recently, I bought Palm corned beef kasi hyped sya na pinakamasarap "daw" but then Delimondo padin and winner for me. If I were to rate them ; Top 1 - Delimondo; Top 2 - Purefoods; Top 3 - Palm ; Top 4- Highlands Gold; Top 5 - Corned beef na pasalubong from abroad; Kulelats si Argentina and Swift- I realized na masabaw sya and ramdam mo yung preservatives sa kulay na kulay palang. So I dont get it why Argentina won over Delimondo, Palm & Highlands.....weird. I honestly kinda got triggered with your verdict. Perhaps we just have different tastebuds.

All Philippine brand corned beef are made from carabao meat imported from India but some canned in Brazil. You can see the difference. Swift of RFM used to produced good corned beef too. Being endorse by PBA player Balingit. Champion taste too.

you should've tried the ranch style of delimondo for fair comparison, also swifts corned beef comes in a close second for me... i like my corned beef chunky that's why i only buy delimondo and swifts...
Id go for delimundo, virginia, purefoods, highlands gold, sunpridw premium. Kinda strange you like the taste of argentina when it has more TVP or texturized veggie protein coming from soybeans. Cheaper priced cornbeefs have more tvp.

Delimondo and Purefoods ang pinakamasarap for me. Argentina is my least favorite kasi lasang may gamot sya, parang nalalasahan mo yung preservatives.

most canned corned beef come from Brazil or Australia/NZ. in Brazil it's a gov't regulated industry where it's made in several factories which makes them from a common recipe with the amount of spices adjusted depending on which brand orders that particular batch of coned beef then it ships it to that brand's distribution center where they put a label on the can. the best tasting so far that I've tried is corned beef made in Uruguay and France, which is rarely found outside of these countries but is very good.
