that hop over is something iv never been able to do due to not been able to get over the fear..i had to resort ot elbowairflare and even with that im still scared to atempt this movement. you make something look so easy iv struggeld with for years and years and years.

Every airflares tutorial most don't say how long it take to learn it? For my experience it take it long time to learn it and hard work.
It’s up to you if you will practice everyday you will get it fast i was practice 5 days in the week and i got it after 8 months
@@Bboycrushh not true. back in my prime i trained this every day and i never got even 1 catch. it does not work for everyone.
