    This is the first time you really demonstrated offseting the circles to escape a losing rate fight. I know you have been really successful watching for them to pull lead, tightening down, and reversing, but as you have described it, you are relying on the opponent to be impatient or doing a poor job of managing the closure. Perhaps if you work on this offset technique you would not be as reliant on an opponent mistake. Or is this even easier for the opponent to counter if they see it and understand what you are doing? Perhaps you could display it in Tacview and explain your cues, goals, and actions.

    One of the most attractive things about GS's channel ethos is he often ends with he himself getting rekt by another pilot. The temptation to always appear as the winning Top Gun must be enormous and I applaud him for it.

    Just saying the quality of the content has rose up immensely lately, and it's always been high. From when u were doing dogfights to teach the main ideas of those fights, to BVR fights, consisting of pure skill, to now, doing more creative stuff. I love it, keep it up man!

    I'd love to see a video of you taking on an f22 or su57 or some other sort of "good/new" plane with you and a buddy in a 2v1. Maybe you and longshot in Hornets vs an f22? I don't really know much about how a 2v1 would go in close quarters. Even if it would be unfair, I'd still like to see it. Just an idea 🤷‍♂️ Thanks for the videos! Can tell you're working hard.
    Just sort of going in that same vein of "a fight isn't always fair and you don't always know what you'll merge with" from a couple videos ago.

    The Tomcat is such a bad ass plane. Grandpa kicking the whipper snappers into place at 50. Imagine if a modern day 'Super Tomcat' was built,with today's technology. It would be LETHAL.

    Both the Tomcat and the Fulcrum are very capable aircrafts, in a 1 vs 1 situation, the pilot's skill would be the deciding factor.

    I watched a video yesterday about a planned tomcat that got dropped. Didn't know if you could do one for the DCS. It was stealth, thrust vectoring the works. Still had the f14 look. Pretty cool if you never heard about it.

    I would like an explanation of why a larger aircraft like the tomcat can outrate a fulcrum. Thrust to weight is better in the fulcrum as well max g-load, wing loading is lower in the tomcat maybe?

    I saw the seismic charges scene of star wars attack of the clones last night and saw that part where Obi wan lost visual on Jengo Fett and Jengo got on Obi wan's six and started pouring blaster fire into him. I saw Obi-wan start reversing the turns and my mind automatically inserted GS' voice "taking him into the one circle.... Into the rolling scissors"

    The first Mig-29 was shot down by an Iranian F14 using an AIM-23 missile which is a MIM-23 Hawk missile modified to be used instead of the AIM-54 since the Iranians were low on Phoenixes late war.

      @@Anarchy_420 oh no they finalised on the rafale and have started to take deliveries too i think and for the medium wieght fighter were going with an indigenous design with the AMCA project so no viper for us (i think thats mainly cuz PAF has vipers and in a merge it would get confusing real fast whos who to prevent frendly fire)

      @@FookFish I kinda understand what you're saying about how The PAF has The F-16 lol but I don't think it would be an issue as I'm sure they'd be able to tell the difference, especially since The F-21 was going to be easily one of the most advanced variants of it's kind (based on F-16 of course) but it was going to be so much more... big shame in my opinion

      @@pogo1140 True, but as a fan of deflection shooting I feel it is an underated art these days.The high deflection attack is easy to miss coming at you because it's not encountered so often.Yes, it is alow percentage shot when done badly but when done right it's like a fist you don't see coming. I love watching an enemy fly into a well aimed deflection stream...it's a thing of beauty :)

    The 29s used to be giving our 18d boys some hard time until they are retired from the service. What I heard is that the two Sqn literally don't talk to each other. Now it's 30-MKM that's enjoying the limelight.
