Hip-hop ruins lives all over the country. You can't tell me that being hood in the street "living the struggle," a struggle you put on yourself by the way, is progression or positive.
Have you actually heard this or have you just rushed into the comment? This songs actually got a few good positive elements and realistic portrayals of life
CWOT He says he has love for the drug dealers. All moral and good character went out the window right there. Positive elements? Sick and tired of a thug life that one puts themselves in? Is that what you call positive?
It's easy to change. Just stop being a thug and get a job and get an education. It's that simple. If you're an American citizen, being broke or a thug in the streets is a choice, not a lifestyle forced on you by society. Thugs only cry victim. They never take responsibility for their downfalls. But, it's expected. Thugs don't know how to think critically.
***** Are you this looking down on every single rap and hip hop song? Quick look on your page shows you do.
Now one might suggest that you do this because you want to find something in your life to blame something or another on so you decide to take it out on a genre that you used to enjoy but now has no effect on your life.
And so because of your new life you want everybody to follow the same path like you're god.
You display signs of insecurity and unwillingness to properly move forward with your life. Cause if you were fully moving forward you wouldn't be trying so hard to make hip hop listeners stop listening to it
CWOT Your psychoanalysis of me is actually not too off. You lost me at the insecurity part. Part of being a good moral person is to help others. I point out the downfalls the thug life creates for people. I don't go around on videos and curse people out in the comments. Even with our discussion, you will not see me result to insults. Bringing these negative attributes of hip-hop to light isn't looking down on people or making me feel like god. Also, I'm actually moving forward in my life. I'm on my way to becoming a doctor. Just a quick look into my page would show you that I have a few videos on Chemistry problems that I made to help others.
Now that we got that out of the way, do you agree with what I wrote before? About the rapper's negative messages?
*****
If you really were moving on with your life you would just ignore problems that don't affect you rather than making people listen to your music tastes. Let the ignorant people suffer, it shouldn't affect you. Actually maybe that's not why you're always on hip hop videos. It could just be that secretly you do still like it because why else would continuously seek out videos of hip hop.
You're also amazingly narrow minded, as you seem to stereotype every single person who raps or even listens to rap as being an uneducated ghetto moron. So it's negative because the man doesn't metaphorically shit on anyone who deals drugs? Look I know it's not something you should really look up to (or look up to at all) But in any business legal or illegal there is always the illustrious draw to them due to the fact that they worked their way up to where they are, people who climbed up the rungs of an industry no matter what type, and who has put in hard work to make sure they live comfortably in the future. That is why people want to emulate this despite it being against the law because of the respect that they won in the end.
At no other point in the song that he was a drug dealer or gangsta himself, the closest we ever really got to him being a gangsta was him smoking cannabis to help him numb the pain of being rejected everywhere he goes. I take it you didn't hear 3:23 where he clearly says he's not going to indulge in the drug dealing game
Sometimes being broke and on the streets isn't a choice. That's just another stereotype from experiences you have. I won't deny that there are people who just do it because they are sheep but that just isn't the case every single time.
RESPECT the Music and STOP being INterNet Gangstas..OUN-P n J QUEST is the new move...so chill, relax and ENJOY::)
Good music
