When I experienced hair fall, I followed all the following to successfully control it:
Make a habit of doing scalp massage into your routine.
Avoid hot water when rinsing your hair.
Protect your hair from excessive sweat.
Use a wide tooth neem wood comb to brush out wet hair.
Decrease your sugar and junk food consumption.

I always get confused about choosing a right shampoo for my hairs! I was using loreal shampoo and switched to pilgrim shampoo recently having said that they are non parabens.

A year ago I was very much fascinated by the brand wow so i decided to purchase their shampoo because I wanted to try it...i purchased their coconut shampoo which was sulphate and paraben free ( according to them) but i tried it my hair were so dry and rough I thought that my hair was not adapted to it and they will gradually get adapted to it but i was totally wrong. As I kept using the shampoo it made my hair worse than before I felt like I'll be left without any hair on my scalp so i stopped using it but it was almost a month . You are right ma'am👌👌....I use dove shampoo and it suits my hair very well....but I have acne on my back and chest so I switched to wow shampoo but it didn't suit me...and then I again switched to dove shampoo....ma'am i want to ask what is the reason behind of acne on back and chest...please suggest some solutions 🙏

Hi Preity.. Janani from Chennai..am following your videos for past one month..am a beginner now and got really positive vibe to try out the remedies you shared and got all items ready..but am not sure whether is it fine to use shikagai powder which i prepared myself by getting natural dried ingredients from herbal shops.. initially I felt it's cleanse and control my hairfall but whenever I use i makes my hair bit dry and dryness getting increased during this winter time..is it fine to continue this or any application post my hair wash..am not sure about conditioners which i never used..pls help me out here

I am asking this because the oil doesn't wash out from the hair with the DIY shampoo.

@@sweetyranjan3194 We have to wash it properly or just if we comb we get it out. So convinince I have shifted to raw reetha, shikakai. I soak them first overnight and boil, strain . For consistency use Fenugreek seeds in it ok 😊👍
