I find watching a skate part is sometimes somewhat overwhelming with the overload of tricks and its easy to miss or I guess appreciate fully certain clips. Having you guys rewatch and break certain things down really helps getting the full picture of each clips difficulty and creativity. Sometimes you may miss the run up, landing, foot placement etc and you guys highlight it.
I know that's one of the reasons milton is my favorite not to say technical skating isn't as fun to watch it's just harder sometimes for sure one of my favorite things they do on the nine club
35:38 that is really in Lisbon Portugal, that's like 5\10min from my home :D and the nr 8 tree also, i think that number is to mark some maintenance that's gonna be done, either on the tree or on the public area surrounding it ;) Awesome Vid !!!
i did a natas spin on the rock at cherry and on the fire hydrants in long beach with no hands, cool trick. and also rode over the target ball but that run 2pc was killer
Some finns went with the vikings as kinda like minority mercenaries. Especially when they went east to Volga through finnish lands, I think they drafted some landless hotheads with em.
Watching this on my iPad connected to my speakers by the pool and the conversation of Jaakkos name going on hoping my neighbors wouldn’t come outside and over hear lol 😂
funny fact: 12:34 the weird thing in in bracelona. They actually made same exact thing in the middle of Jaakkos home town. They call it "Jaakko statue" :)
it's amazing that finland produces such good skateboarders considering that the spots here are often super ghetto: "yeah the landing is a bit of natural rock with some moss on it"
13:00 Rog is right about the Besos area! This spot is very close to the waves with the bar at the end. The two benches kelly is talking about are in "the same hood" but are further from the 360flip fakie spot. And yeah, they are next to a church; a lot of tricks went down on those ledges that the stone wore out so bad we had to turn the stone around so we had "a new ledge"!
I think varial flip or varial heelflip just implies that the kick or heel is doing the varial instead of a grab. Not sure why it started being called that because the term shuv it was already a thing but it definitely predates the Tony Hawk games. My guess is vert skaters working at mags writing the captions, seeing the board shuv it and associating it with varials. I love skateboarding and I have to much time on my hands haha
Hell yea homie, like i dont mid the side bar convo but damn i would really like more of the review of the part, considering thatvit was this part of the segment is supposed to be. Still love the show

I love these videos where u watch each trick over and over and just skate talk.
That Noardslide at the end is amazing!

Last clip is a Nord slide as in nordic viking slayer master!
Jaakko is Finnish, though. Vikings are a Swedish-Norwegian-Danish thing. Viking culture is not a part of Finnish heritage.
Antti Brax dude I was just about to say that. Cheers
Antti Brax just let him be a Viking

@@AnttiBrax Welcome to Rosala viking center in Hiittinen in Finland.

also why does the host speak like a doctor. ending the words in whisper

Idk if anyone else feels this way, but when Roger gets hype over a trick you know it's crazier than you think! 😂💯
Cool to see a creative skater who uses it to to big tricks

I know exactly what eldy is saying about the switch tre’s,it’s like you learn them different you don’t try to do them the same 🤔
Just saw jaakko in helride 2020
thank god the blessed Stezzus keeps it real at 6:00
Lmao I don't think one should be able to critique a trick if they can't do it.
11.23 this must be in Tanger Morocco ❤🇲🇦🇫🇮
Cool! Never thought I'd see skate clip from Morocco.
@@poetsrear yeah, skateboarding is still quite rare in Morocco.
Chris how baked are you lmao
This is how Jason Dill would be skating if he'd never smoked crack
Jonas Polsky 🤦♂️
heheh that`s gold!!
Switch Dolphin nah that would be you son
Switch Dolphin FA is badass dude, plus dill was super influential with alien workshop. There’s nothing about him that is being a fraud on any level
@Switch Dolphin you're just mad you can't do as much drugs as dill he is the king
13:26 crob did that in rickks part in fully flared
honestly the sketchiest hippie jump has to be daan van der lindens through a nine stair rail

dudes..no disrespect but Europe is not a country..its a bit bigger than that.
Yes 🤣🤣🤣
America is as big as the continent of Europe. Different cultures in each country in Europe for sure, but idk if size is your best argument. ?
Europe is a continent.

Its Jaakko not Jäkou :D
Not sure if that helps most of us Americans lol
@@failedgamingchannel5294 Well americans cannot pronounce double vowels. That was kind of representing that.
You mean not "zäkou"

As a finnish it cringes so hard when American people try to spell finnish names
