I was in the twitch chat when that rocket appeared. That was one of the greatest moments I've ever seen on stream, with the chat being flooded with everyone screaming "MOON! MOOOOOON!!!!" It was great.

It's like playing Armored Core 4 Answer with a friend "Wtf is with this voice chat quality?" "I know, no other game sounds this bad." They were still using PS1 era compression, think the original Resident Evil games. There is generally a bit of lag between generations, F.E.A.R. is a great example, it really feels like it should have been a PS2 game, but it is on the PS3.
Cause the game was made and released exclusively in Japan. Japanese games with English voice acting done in Japan always have campy "terrible" acting cause the voice directors often don't know what natural English sounds like and they literally just hire like the marketing advisor guy or the study abroad intern

I recently discovered two things about this game. It was developed by FromSoftware. It didn't release outside of Japan until Devolver Digital published it WW in 2019. I've watched this video at least half a dozen times and I thought they were playing it on Original Xbox this entire time.
The ending squenece could really use the president saying "I am the president, of the United States of America!! PLUS ULTRAAAAAAA!" As he beats the vp and skates down to earth again

Everyone talks about how Metal Gear Rising predicted the last four years of insanity, no one talks about how this game predicted our current predicament. Japan has so thoroughly called out the country's entire political spectrum, I think it's time we just peacefully sign over ownership to the Emperor.
Every piece of dialogue in this game sounds like the fake voiceover jello and crew would make up for the characters. I literally had to check that they weren’t the ones talking over the game when I heard some of it.

Everyone talks about how Metal Gear Rising predicted the last four years of insanity, no one talks about how this game predicted our current predicament. Japan has so thoroughly called out the country's entire political spectrum, I think it's time we just peacefully sign over ownership to the Emperor.
Every piece of dialogue in this game sounds like the fake voiceover jello and crew would make up for the characters. I literally had to check that they weren’t the ones talking over the game when I heard some of it.
This video and the full playthrough are always a good way to make my day a little brighter when I really need it.
