Hi you can try this.
Double-tap the button on the right earbud, then on the third tap - press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds (until the unit shuts off). This restores the earbuds to the factory defaults. TWS must be connected to perform the reset, so neither of the earbuds should be off or in the charging case.
What do you think about the sound quality of the headset? Does it provide high quality sound?
the quality of the sound is not as good compare to the original, this is a cheap bluetooth earphone i would say u pay for the price of it. but it serve his purpose.

nice to see u here on comment section. this TWS Pro6 on my video is just a class A / Replica Earphone.btw we dont have aliexpress here in our country. we usually order it on our own online shopping app “Shopee” much better to check reviews on the seller and items before u order it.

quality is audio for me 7/10 ung if u like more on bass not as u can expect for this one.

hello po! 1st make sure po na may charge. then mapa2nsin nyu po pag tanggal nyu sa case umilaw po sya db? kabit nyu npo sa ear nyu. then go to settings po sa android phone nyu sa bluetooth hanapin nyu po ung model nya. once connected po may mari2nig po kayu sa earphone na kayu po ay connected na. ganun lng po ginagawa ko
