this is very cool. for me its like electronic dance music replicated with instruments. up is down and down is up. i write my comments as i react to you and the video. so i was pleased to see that you also thought this was reverse engineered electronic music.
being a bass player myself i like all the bass instruments in this eclectic group of musicians.

As far as I know the guy with the trumpet is the bandleader. He takes Techno and House-Tracks and arranges them for "real" intruments.
These guys are great. I found them when they covered one of my favorite melodic techno tracks, "Kerberos" (originally by Stephen Bodzin and Marc Romboy), which is still my favorite Meute song.
They had played it live with Stephan Bodzin
