My wife and I have been there upwards of 20 times in the last 30 years. Most every time we do a road trip through the West we plan for at least a couple of days in the park. One of the great sights in the western US.

Yeah, I felt that. Jacob's initial reaction to Jellystone is very similar to how my 1st & only weekend at Yosemite affected me. My son & I visited about a decade ago - breathtaking - always swore we'd return, but so far haven't had the opportunity.

It is awesome to see someone discovering Yellowstone for themselves. I grew up near it and so kind of took it for granted. And yes, they need to show Jimmy getting boiled because I have seen many people ignoring those signs and risking their lives. Often they are fine, but there are many documented cases of charred elk, bison, and also people when they stepped on unstable ground. Plus the annual slew of idiots that think you should try to pet bison (nearly 1 ton animals that can run at 30mph and are fully aware that they are bigger than you)

Yes, you really just scratched the surface here. I was wondering why you had to be at Old Faithful for that particular eruption (because it happens multiple times a day), now I understand you only had, basically, just part of an afternoon to take in the whole park. When we went, we spent more than two days, and even that wasn’t enough. Also, I think maybe you were just over the line into Wyoming in the last video. I’ve been to all the “lower 48” myself, but I sometimes feel I shouldn’t include Arkansas, because it was a similar “just over the line” visit.
