My father is RSS karyakarta and he told me that in RSS all karyakartas only address each other by their first name and surname is never used, because RSS doesn't give importance to castes.

The concept of hereditary Caste division itself is not Indian, it's a superimposition of the Spanish/Portuguese caste system and the English Class system in India, intending to divide the natives and use them against each other while the English hold power and work as a mediator.
Caste was a pyramid scheme that Europeans sold to Indians via their English imposition in Indian society to divide Indians into groups/ghettos and make them fight with each other.
So don’t mix up Varna with Gotram, Varna is Profession, and Gotram is Lineage.
Hindus are free to marry in different Varnas, only avoid marrying in the same Gotram because it is considered the same bloodline, hence we don’t marry between brothers and sisters.

Also I was recently reading Valmiki ji's Ramyana there it was written that the Nishad(the person who took Shri Ram, Sita Maiya and Shri Lakshman ji across the river) was a cast of inter caste marriage between a brahman and shudra.

In my 40 years life, I have seen VHP and BJP struggling for Shri Ram mandir along with Bal Thackeray 's Shiv sainiks and lakhs of Ram bhakt karsevaks but never read or heard Shankaracharyas struggling for Shri Ram mandir. I am a Brahmin but I believe that if a person born in a Brahmin family eats meat and drinks liquor and his behaviour is not good is lower than an OBC who is satvik by karma. We have an ancient family temple in our Village which was made by our ancestors about 200 years ago. The priest who regularly performs morning and evening puja is an OBC and our family felt that he was the most deserving because he is devout bhakt of Hanuman ji, brahmachari and lives like a sadhu, doesn't wear slippers ever, walks many kilometres every day for 'ganga snan' during the month of 'Kartik'. May be he is not Brahmin by birth but by his karma he is and due to this our family considers him worthy of being a priest. And gradually other people of the village are also accepting and acknowledging him.

I've a friend who is sc, but he wholeheartedly working for ram mandir in ayodhya, he is related to rss. He never faced any discrimination in office infact he is at some senior post in rss office here, so obviously,rss supports dalits. Rss should be supported

That's the thing, today people say Brahmins supports jati vaad but see he is also a bhardwaj and my gotra is also a bharadwaj but we think that way , i often debate with my relatives that on which basis you call yourself a Brahmin ? You don't have the charactristics required to be a Brahmin because its according to karma not by birth. Whoever can follow the path of gyana he is a Brahmin irrespective of his birth. And it goes same way for other 3 varnas.
Only taagadhari can become Brahmin first start gurukula and teach them Sanskrit and Veda then i have no problem
