She doesn't have fighting abilities like the other otsutsukis. Her main abilities are just changing dimensions, absorbing Chakra and using those ash bones and spirit dragons

Full power kaguya isn't even putting up half as much of a fight as Naruto and Sasuke did against jigen. Let alone prime isshiki.
