These narrative campaigns is what Warhammer SHOULD be! Screw tournament meta, give me the fan driven narratives!
Love the narrative campaigns. The stories and the way the dice play out leads to so many interesting outcomes and unexpected turn of events. I will throw some flak out there and say that it's definitely annoying at times seeing the power trips and extreme escalation that occurs after just a few minions die. Keep up the good work!
The Minis are so beautiful and the terrain is gorgeous. The campaign is my favorite part. Thank you and this is why I love spending money with you guys.
The ranged attacks rule is a nice addition to let the ranged Marines at least try to join in, but the basic marine weapons (bolter, combat knife, presumably bolt pistol) are still lacking something compared to the others. Maybe bring back the special issue ammo for only boltgun/bolt pistol?
Love narrative campaigns makes for a much better experience and keeps you vested
Thanks for the video guys!
Love narrative campaings!
Hey did they upload the second episode again by mistake?
Yeah I think this is just the second episode, weird
I think Steve has to invest in some meltas or plasma, or SOMETHING jeez that was brutal. Anything hardier than basic infantry just seems like such a slog to bring down.
"language!!" ❤
The rematch will only be sweeter...
Like no. 100 😁
Sorry, isn't the ammunition for bolt type weapons only? I dunno if the shotgun is a bolt weapon
31:00 why is the destroyed tower still getting a reinforcement roll? That's pretty cheesy.
Mathew terrorizing Steve more.
I thought it was a good game, dropping the ending was kinda rough though
does the poor Blood Angel not have a bolt pistol to deal with these damned reaper swarms?
No. All melee!
@magnos_decimus Damn, well I guess he won't have any problems now
The overuse of overwatch and counter offensives etc is really boring, from both sides, but in particular from Matthew, he is going all out to kill the marines, which I’d be fine with if the team was larger, but as soon as 1x marine is out of action, let alone 2x with the objectives across the board, the objectives are too hard to get with the constant waves. Alternatively, the marines need more attacks, if they can shoot twice, allow them to fight twice.
This is a minor note, but investigating the Mechanicus is the purview of OrdoMechanicus of the inquisition. It doesn't mean the OdroXenos wouldn't have interest here since this heresy here has xenos origins. But it would be interesting to see or hear some of the back and forth between different Ordos during Matt's story sections.
I don't really care if I am 'that guy'. I would rather watch a campaign that is actually balanced. Two of the team was eliminated before the end and the rest have damage on top of damage.
Agreed. Tabletop tactics does herohammer and has some extra rules like all wounds spillover so no overkilling chaff and plot armor which gives reroll all failed armor saves. Makes it interesting at least.
@@loganmeyer6340space marines die get wounded there not invincible. It’s also a dice game. A completely balanced game can feel unbalanced with bad dice rolls
