Well, why not kill them humanely? I'm not entirely against eating meat, but I'd prefer it if the poor things at least had a happy life before they were killed. Otherwise, I completely respect your opinion.

Always wondered what happens at the very beginning and very end of this short documentary it’s a creaking sound and I can’t help but think of a carcass suspended over a tub of blood but if that is true why is the creaking sound happening what’s moving it is it that or the mass of a ship creaking perhaps I would like to know thanks very much
due to the messy nature of the production, most of the sounds included in this film, besides the sounds of the animals themselves, are added by design-so all of the industrial and ambient noise had to be recreated. i also added in some sound fx for poetic purpose, to make the viewer think and feel, not just see-including the sound of the creaking wood.

ZombieChopper15 I had a really interesting conversation with an ex slaughterhouse worker once and he said the only way he could do his job was to compartmentalise and not see the animals as living things merely objects to be dealt with. The phycological trauma of that job he said still effected him sometimes and he only worked their for a short time.
Sounds in groups of three‘s they sound like somebody pounding on boards I recognize the horse in the middle you may have meant it to sound like a cow but it was a horse from the Lucas Skywalker sound ideas library The water sounds are beautiful but perhaps you meant them to be blood in the beginning did the kid hit the chicken twice why perhaps you’ve made other documentaries I hope so because the sound quality and the emotion that you put in your sound is wonderful but I wish they were narrated I recognize some of the sound effects from sound ideas libraries I have myself after the part well during the part where the animals are there is a dove release I recognize that after the animals voices are quiet there’s a series of flooding sounds wit

You're right. I'm actually planning on going vegetarian very soon, in fact, as of last year, beef, pork, and turkey has been excluded from my diet.

These chicken felt not pain at all since there bein were cut in that slice, and if you see them moving afterwards are simply muscle contraction
