When I use mine with the Dakota jacket/hoodie, I just use my pinky finger to pinch my sleeve against my wrist. That will tuck it all the way into the glove.

Almost wonder how well this would be in elevated II for whitetail folks. I use the incinerator gloves but would rather use something like the equinox paired with this for phone/trigger use.
