I had a VHS copy, then saw the online copy on Daily Motion a few years ago, so I'm pretty familiar with it. The one stand-out difference between this and the narrative of Get Back is the magnificent PR job Peter Jackson did for Paul. In Let It Be he came across exactly how John and George remember it. I felt sorry for John in Let It Be, even more so in Get Back. He was spiralling out of control at the time whilst Paul doing everything apart from show his best friend he had his back. The famous argument between Paul and George was and still has been taken out of context. In isolation, you see the leader scolding the pupil but in reality George was bringing stuff to the table that was as good, if not better than Paul's. He felt threatened by George in my opinion.
