You mean you don't have traditional electricity at all ? For distributing the Solar energy generated, you need the electricity board. As far as the economics is concerned, it takes appx 5 years to recover the solar plant investment.

As to the investement of solar energy if your answer is yes i need to know the cost of the invest ment and merits and demerit of this energy source with regard to the projects profit thanks in advance for your suggestion and support. The area is very far from electricity. If the energy can be supplied from solar energy for the bottling plant. It is good opportunity to have an alternative sources of energy.
The Solar Cells also need certain time to get charged, which might be a limiting factor to switch to entire solar energy. However, a Solar Roof Top fellow can be a perfect person to tell you whether it is advisable.

Cost of the Jar Plant : For 10000 LPD Project, you will need appx. 30-35 Lakhs (Footnote #1). This is just the 1-time investment, doesn't include the operational cost.
Area Required : It's good you have a huge area , however, for the plant ; here is the bifurcation : The Open Plot Area can be ideally 3500-5000 sqft , Shed area 2000-2500 sqft (Footnote #2)
The Water Quality : It's good that the water quality available is excellent & available in ample quantity. However, you will need to get it approved by the B.I.S. under the "natural mineral water" category (Footnote#3)

Natural Mineral Water calculations are way different than packaged Drinking Water. Depends upon many factors. Majorly the marketing cost. You should have minimum 5 CR budget looking at the cometitors you have.

If you want to start a bottle plant, to get a good profitable plant, you should invest Rs. 60-75 Lakh. If you have lesser budget, I would suggest you go with just branding & getting it done from others. Suppose I have capital of rs 5 lacs and take a loan of another 5 lacs. Can I start the business in 10 lacs? I mean 10 lacs including bottling design, testing, licenses, marketing etc
If you check details, machinery costs appx 25-30 lakhs, lab 3-4 lakhs, construction 15-20 Lakhs. You can setup your Brand instead of your plant. And get the water packed from others. This can be the way out.

It slightly differs in case of the type of water- IS 14543 which is packaged drinking water and IS 13428 which is Packaged Natural Mineral Water. Bore Water TDS 1800, thats fine, we can have a good system in place. However, the investment would be appxly 20-30 Lakhs.

If you are establishing a production unit, it has to have an Industrial Permission, not just commercial. However, if you are operating on a Co-Packing Model-getting it done from others under your brand or distributing someone else's water; then you do not require "Industrial" permission; just a commercial permission is sufficient
