13:44 sounds like when someone's vacuuming in the room next to you. Great video, Seamless! With Harmor, I was able to bring my cat back from the dead in the form of a synth.
Hey Seamless, I just want to let you know that I've been screwing around with Harmor with no guidance for the past year or so now, and your videos (up to this point, and I'm assuming for the rest of the series) are infinitely helpful! Figuring out FL Studio and the plugins included is kind of like trying to decode ancient Egyptian riddles, but you make these ridiculous-seeming aspect really simple! Thank you so much!
I can say from recent idea I had, that harmor is extremely powerful. I make soundscapes using multiple ambient synths, then export to wave and load into multiple instances of harmor. Can get some bitches from that.
@@functionform No. With all the other sounds in the track, it won't even say anything. That, and synthesizers, audio playback systems, and digital audio itself only stores 20Hz to 20kHz. So you wont be able to store anything that isn't audible.
If you drop a sample into the image section that is a sample of a synth playing a major triad chord stab, Is there anyway to isolate and change the individual notes of the chord within Harmor? Like lower the third a half step to make a minor chord?
lllJoseLuislll Watch the video and pay attention. Resynthesis takes the original sound and approximates it (pretty well in Harmor's case) using synthesizer harmonics. Resampling is putting the original sound in a sampler and doing things to it, but then you don't have as much control as with resynthesis - you're manipulating the original sample, not a reconstructed synthesized version of it.

Resamling is editing like, with FL Studio default sampler and Resynthesis is adding things with a vst?
+Remakes you should read some more about additive synthesis. When you do resynthesis it's using additive synthesis to recreate the original sound. You now have control over all individual harmonics. (sine waves)
Hi, I'm like 3 years late, but you can use a sawwave shaped LFO on the Time Knob and set the speed to zero, there's a tutorial on UA-cam about Vocal Resynthesis that shows this.
Hey Seamless, I have a question. When I insert my wav file to img synthesis it changes a lot it adds some kind of flabbering in the sound ? Why it is happening ?
I’m a year late. But change harmor to default before adding image. Then... make sure to change generic to precision in the advance tab. Hopefully your still using harmor.

Dear Seamless, these are no longer "FL Studio basics". lol
So yeah. I actually recorded this video before the decision was made to reschedule the stream to yesterday (Friday). My bad :p
I know this isn't one, but when you do How to Bass you should give a quick example of how to use that bass. Just a suggestion.
19:37 that burp tho ♥

Is that a JoJo reference?
A lot more complex than I thought! so cool!

These have been a huge help so far! I'm so glad I got Harmor; as you've shown, it's highly versatile and a lot of fun!
I really like these Harmor tuts, thanks dude!

Thank you
I used these techniques in my new track (on my channel). Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
Thanks
you could audio watermark your music with this lol
It would sound weird as hell.
@@AceDeclan Actually it wouldn't, visually you could pick up stuff that isn't audible.

You just amazing
:D
It appears that Seamless recorded this before the stream!
dang, dude your tuts are awesome.
also, I really gotta read the manual
Does Audio files to import harmor is ogg. right. I put mp3 instead I erases when I delete the mp3 file. it delete the audio image

Is there a way to tune the sample to a certain pitch even if we don't know what pitch it is to begin with?
***** Newtone helps, kinda.
Hi seamless.
i just world like to know more on how harmor is transforming images into sound and if theirs a book i can read about it.
Could I us Harmor to resynthesize synth shots and then loop the synth on the sustain?
what kind of things can you do when you drop different samples in the a and b and want to morph them into new sounds?
Did Eliminate learnt from you?
seamless, not a massively important question but why is any image i import in harmor light-blue in hue?
Differences between Reyynthesis and Resampling? Are they not the same thing?

Wow thank you all
SteppingDub So is it possible to edit the individual harmonics specifically at any given point in the resynthezied sound?
Isn't this a day late if you said the stream is tonight? (referring to last night's stream)
Hello, I'm like 5 years late but can you loop the image but match it to the project tempo some how?

this is how to create fake lavender town results-
Can someone please help? I'd like to know:
How do I remove a sample from the image section?
u see the little arrow left of "plane"
click it and press clear all.
tut on xilent/seven lions sound! be awesome :) great tut anyway seamless

can anybody tell me how to alter the size of the harmor and make it small??
+akshay h.... Can not be done yet, but it is coming.
hi seamless (and fellow audience) can someone point me to the extensive re-sampling tutorials he mentioned doing later in the video? thanks!
when i see a new seamless vid i am like 7:16
I put my picture in. Was expecting visual to be sort of close. Ended up getting ever transmorphing alien godhead.
Whats this vocal sample ? I want to use it
