Hi, i ll be trying out this build, looks really cool especially that im lvling up monk. Can you please be more specific what support gems are you using on glacial cascade and herald of ice (if running)?
Not at home rn but out of my head I was using cold infusion, extra fissures and martial tempo on glacial cascade For herald of ice you can use expansion, cold penetration and the more elemental damage support. Not sure on all the names due to a lot being different to poe1. Generally, if it gives damage it is good. Extra combo stacks on you base attack help to get your bell up faster for single target if needed.
I ran with glacial cascade and then just damage supports for the most part. These can be whatever you prefer though as the damage is good enough for all skills that use the staff
Any damage supports really. Faster attacks, more weapon elemental damage, gain damage as extra cold/lightning (depending on what you socket into your staff), and alike. You can use the 2 additional fissure one for glacial cascade also, if you have enough dps.

Also have you considered using Carnage Heart for the amulet slot? It only requires level 8
