i didnt see anything wrong with the program, it was showing the shortcoming of mental health services in this country and highlighted the numerous steps that led to this tragedy that didnt have to happen. The guy was clearly mentally unwell, no one could have predicted he would do that but much more could have and should have been done to prevent this and the program showed that.
