Great video
5:10 you took two sheep, but the tile reads 1 sheep and 1 cow or horse
@around 1830, pretty sure jen should have still had a horse from the undo action at the towards the beginning of this video?
Around 14:00, Classic Rhado: let's say that 3 turns ago Jen had done this instead of that... drives me crazy but I love it at the same time. ;)
Around 35 and also in other places, you add every foodvalue on the destination cards. Isn’t it so that for every costs it pays off differently?
sorry i don't quite understand the question, but you might want to check here for answers: boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/159675/fields-arle/forums/0
@@rahdo I got you wrong, you only can get 16 for the trip to leer if you pay everything.
Really like your videos! What is the size of your table in inches your using in the video?
@ 34:08 Both you and Jen should have made 1 wool from the shearers; it's just something easy to skip over.
*****, this game or Caverna? Which would you suggest? I'm leaning more towards this game since it is for 2 players only and there seems to be more to do. I don't know very many people willing to invest some quality time playing board games, especially, when it may take longer than half an hour -_- No patience :/
KuddlyKisses i guess i'd go for arle over caverna, though i'd take agricola over either of them :)
Thank you for responding so soon ^_^ I've watched about 3 or 4 playthroughs of Agricola and I bought the mini Agricola (All Creatures Big and Small) and I'd have to say that I don't like the pressure of the head-to-head, get the spot first, dynamic in that game. Granted, in the full game of Acricola there are more spots to go for, but I like that Caverna has a similar play style (worker placement), but feels A LOT more relaxed, same with this game (Fields of Arle). To be honest...I think the biggest draw is that I think the horses in Fields of Arle are Friesians :P They're my favourite breed of horse ♥ LOL
And at 24 minutes you are building a building, but in the rules it says you can do that action only once
Completely unimportant but it bugs me that peat is the only resource represented by a cube.
Yakov Petrovich Golyadkin this is because it's different than the other resources, in that you can't put it on vehicles to take it to town and convert to another resource...
***** Makes sense. I like components to be as consistent as they can, so sometimes little things like that bug me! Thanks for the clarification
ADD MORE DOGS
i felt uwe is at the end of his creativity... this seems like a jumble of his previous games into one...
Still one of my favorites!
