Thank you for sharing your beautiful piece and tutorial. I love the idea of etching the dichro, amazing!
Love it, especially the background that could be use for so many thing. I will have to try with my cardinals but change the colors.
Stunning - love all the colors! TFS!
I like the idea of the clear on top to keep the frit in place!
I LOVE IT. I ALWAYS LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERYTIME I WATCH YOU. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You made it look so easy and I especially like the etching on the bird. I would never have thought of doing that. That made the bird really stand out. Thanks as always for sharing your knowledge. ❤
Great piece
How did you keep the dichroic on the bird from not burning off?
Dichroic generally doesn't burn off unless you are firing too hot.
Beautiful! How did you cut such thin pieces for the tree?
I used a thin black glass, It's easier to cut long, think pieces in :)
what kind of dicroic glass did you use for the bird? It looks like black on black? I'm puzzled. Did you cut it out or is it a water jet bird?
it"s dichroic on black glass and I cut it by hand :)The head and body are different pieces i put together on the bowl and fired.
