I love the reasoning behind not getting a crash pad.....I think with our career , u learn to value your privacy and cleanliness. We spend so much time with different people, so alwys nice to unwind in a clean space.

@14:20 I know fridges are inconsistent but I have the best outcome when I store my salads in a slim tall mason jar and place it in the fridge door side. My salad greens last me a good 5-6 days if I don’t finish it before then. Jar is a little heavy but worth it

@@AlexisBlack I also place a thin piece of bubble wrap around the jar which I clean and reuse ♻️ someone suggested it on a meal prep page so it sounded helpful but also may just be me doing the most 😂😂
When you started talking about rent I realised why it’s so precarious. In australia we don’t pay rent for apartments/houses per month, its generally paid a week in advance. And yeah no Ubers and stuff here are so expensive as well, I can relate. We might have a slightly higher minimum wage but still stuff is expensive. Also side note I love these style of videos, it’s giving AshleysmithTV vibes

We’re here for the longer vlogs! Loved this one. Crashpads Chile it’s a no for me. Take my money for my peace of mind. Also yesssss to that trip being gone. Sooo glad you caught it in time! I commuted to EWR once, landed, and my trip (a turn) was cancelled…got on the next thing smoking back to ATL. Anywho commuting is exhausting, but you do it with so much style and grace. hang in there.

I love that you journal. That is such a powerful activity that can set (pre-set?) your days ahead like magic. The plaid top you wore at the first 2 hotels reminded me of one of my wife's favorite clothing items, I always take that as a sign she is thinking of me. Sincere thanks for that. Yes, crash pad does seem like a big no, am glad you figured that out. Are you familiar with doing a pivot? Kinda think you do that already. Basically you point your attention towards what is wanted instead of unwanted events. Great video. And you look fabulously healthy, shining star and all. Stay blessed ❤️

Yup @7:30 you hit the nail on the head with crashpad gross 🤢 ness. If you can find one with your own room and full bathroom that’s ideal (more $$$) but rare. Still the kitchen remains an issue with that type sadly 😢

Crashpad girl here… I got a taste of not having one while briefly based in JFK.. it wasn’t giving lol.. I need to be somewhere and feel stable. ESPECIALLY during IROPS. Heading back to be BOS in a few days and got a pad but it’s only 4 people in two bedrooms. The last pad I had in BOS was gorgeous huge and we had a lot of space. Loved the roomies too. I miss that place 😅.
It’s definitely better when the crashpad is nice and you love the ppl there! 4ppl in a 2 bedroom is amazing. And I imagine trying to not have a crashpad at JFK is probably really expensive and stressful. If I could ever find a crashpad that was actually clean, affordable, and had all cool ppl I’d be all over it for sure lol. I hope you like your new pad in Boston 👍🏾

Probably by May of 2023. A place called A Sunlit Path, which is an artist community. Want to stay for 30 days and the day room idea will make the commute so much easier. Admire your presence and the light you share in your stories.🌈🌅🌄

I’m in the process of applying to airlines and completing interviews. I’m not in a position to move just yet so I know I’ll be commuting for at least the first year. No problem. I can handle it. But the crash pad thing is a heavy NO for me lol. From the second I heard about it I was like who the heck is doing that? I just..can’t mannn. I’m a germaphobe and do not like living with people at all. Sooooo…I’ma be in hotels lol.

Speaking from the point of view of a passenger, you have to be a lot more organized these days when traveling. I also prefer the early flight, especially since it’s less likely to be delayed because the plane is coming from somewhere else. I also use the app (American’s) and track my flights. People are nasty. No more taking my mask off on the plane because people are not masking anymore and they are coughing and sneezing without covering their mouths. As I said before it wouldn’t be EWR without a delay.

I'm a commuter I can't do crashpad. My nerves are too bad being around so many people coming and going. I do hotels too. I'm happy my company reimburse us so much each month for hotels.

I would rather be based in CLT for sure but if I start over with another airline I lose all of my seniority and start at the bottom all over again so it’s not worth it. Seniority is everything in this industry.
