Its called churpi, u just have to keep it in your mouth for a while and slowly it gets soft and then the real flacour of cheese comes

I literally laughed a lot when you tried to chew churpi. Yes, it is stone hard, and you have to just chew it. Later, after a few minutes, you will get the cheesy flavour..it may take minutes to hours to finish it, depending on your teeth..
