I am currently in school to be a LPN, and when I tell you I have learned more from your videos than the book, cuz whew!!! I am a visual/auditory learner, with ADD so just looking the at the book was not, but looking at your videos has helped so much! ESPECIALLY, with this class I am in right now.
Thank you great advice and explained perfectly for patients with different disabilities and age concerning for children So needed to find your clip as it has helped me better understand in a time of need which at times is very scary to understand 😂❤
Accepting the rating a pain on a scale of 0 to 10 as factual raises a number of questions for me. As one example, if I have five patients in pain that I need to take care of and they have varied pain rating, am I allowed to use my judgement to prioritize or am going to depend on the rating they gave me?

You write down the rating the patient sais, but you also note what you see and observe (that’s what I think)
