- hello ! in todays video I start my final essays of the semester, spend a lot of time in the library / cafes and of course go on walks, edit videos, and go to the gym. all my usual stuff but trying to be somewhat productive and also kind to myself ! I also fell in love with matcha and have been treating myself to that whenever I feel stressed ~ hope anyone with exams is doing well ! you can do this ~~~~

hi friends ~ leah from 9pm last night here.
feeling sort of anxious about a lot of little things, mainly as i’m struggling to keep up with replying to comments and messages
it makes me so sad that i receive so many heartfelt messages yet am just unable to reply to every one. which also baffles me because so many people are watching and take the time to write to me…??? life can just be super weird at times. if you sent me a dm or a comment, thank you so much and i appreciate it more than you know. i’m sorry if i take ages to reply or maybe never get to it at all, though i know most people will be understanding, i still feel super rude hehe.
i filmed this vlog a little over a week ago, so i’m actually almost done with finals! they’ve been super hard on me but i’m glad i’ve almost made it through. as always, feeling v grateful to everyone for watching and and liking and commenting and just being here with me ! sorry for my long ramble and hope you all have a lovely day and rest of the week

it's very cool that you speak about your thoughts and feelings. It helps to understand that other people have similar problems, similar difficulties, not only me. I have so much do to for the uni, that i don't even know how to start. i feel a bit anxious about it. Sometimes life is tough, but we have to move on

2 big handfuls (but i have pretty small hands) . i think it’s 80g!!! so more than the recommended size, but i find with wholewheat i can eat a lot more without feeling bloated (:
