I hadn’t even managed to warm up after the very long icy cold plunge in Bohinj lake (watch the previous video), like 15 minutes later we passed the magnificent Savica waterfall. Of course I could not say “No” to seeing and FEELING the place! What a day of natural beauty, icy water swims and barefooted snow walking!

Thank you ❤️ One day I hope I will be able to never wear shoes again. But for now if they hurt or injured, I give them rest and wear shoes. But every single day regardless of what happened I take my shoes off and at stand barefoot for at least 20 minutes. I am not doing it to brake a record, I am doing it because of the phenomenal healing and feeling it gives me.

🥰 Thank you Ania, since I live in the UK 🇬🇧 I can only walk on the snow when I travel abroad. So not much practice. But I have walked and danced barefoot for over an hour. 1-2 hours I can walk on the snow. To just stand still on the snow - 15-20 mins. The feeling afterwards is indescribable. Amazing ❤️

@@barefooticeprincessI live in the UK as well it’s all ways raining even in months like December so not the best country for barefoot that’s why it’s good to do it abroad but keep safe you don’t want to be injured in a different country and not in the UK either but especially not abroad
How long did it take you to condition your feet to rough and icy cold surfaces. I just discovered barefoot waking and my feet have a ways to go before I am comfortable walking on rough surfaces.

Our children just love the ice cold winter weather. I take the children down to the park. The jogging path turns right and runs for a hundred yards between the trees and dog legs to the left and runs for another hundred yards. The jogging path runs parallel to the creek. The children go to bed early so that they can get up before dawn. The children slip on their tiny little G-strings under their nylon track suits so that they will appear to be dressed. My children and I walk down the street into the park. As soon as the children turn into the jogging path they strip off their jogging suits and are wearing nothing but their tiny little G-strings. The children just love being practically naked out in the cold winter weather. When the children get past the trees that hide the jogging path they go out into the open park just wearing their tiny little G-strings. On their way back the children run over to the creek and strip off their G-strings and plunge into the ice cold creek water. I pick up the children’s G-strings off the ground. After the children climb out of the creek water we all start walking back along the jogging path. The two boys will slip on their G-strings before leaving the park. My daughter will walk back home bold and bare completely naked just like the day she was born. When the two boys walk to school they are bare chested wearing only a pair of low waisted dungarees. My daughter walks to school just wearing her tiny little G-string. Some parents have complained seeing my daughter outside in the cold winter weather only wearing her tiny little G-string. A mother will stop my daughter and insist that she comes into her house. When this happens my daughter will strip off her G-string and be totally naked in the woman’s house. We have had a lot of confrontations with concerned mothers in our neighborhood who have seen my daughter walking about in her G-string. We have solved this problem. I have gotten my daughter a bicycle which she can ride to school. Now my daughter can ride her bicycle naked through the neighborhood without being stopped. Our children just love being out in the cold winter weather not wearing any clothes. It makes the children healthy and happy. If more parents would just let their children run around naked in the cold winter weather they would see just how much happier the children will be.
