I don't believe in slight Psychosis. I can do 10 Years Of Weed. I'm not addicted. In fact I challenge you Mr. AddictionMindset Too a push up battle I could do more Push-ups then you and I smoke everyday. I feel Normal After about a month like it says on Google. Just like if you quit anything else. It's gonna have symptoms. I think with any drug your taking you should also take breaks. There are so many children on drugs how about we focus on that. And the people that do actually have Psychosis they can get booked to a psych ward pretty easily.. The majority of people that get severe withdrawals are people that took high potency.. 45% And above marijuana
I would love to talk with you more about what I am going through. I am quitting all of my medications I am on that are intense and I have smoked weed everyday for almost 15 years. I worked in the cannabis industry. I had 3 failed brain surgeries in jan. 2017 and I had seizures for 45min and I would have 3-9 a day. I went down to less than 100lbs and I weigh 183 today. I went through a ton of drugs. They didn't work and THC was always involved so maybe it caused it but I used CBD while having a seizure. Putting tincture into my lip/mouth stops my seizures in seconds. I am using medication and THC right now. I wake up and the first thing that happens is a have a panic attack or seizure or it's both at the same time? doctors can put a name on it. If I hit a thc vape it stops. I am going to get a cod vape and I am also going to start taking cod in the morning and at night in tincture. I'm coming off of 7 medications and THC pretty much all at the same time. I am using CBD as the Takeover. I would love to be involved with getting people in front of you and listen to the help you have to really give people back their lives. I am scared to die while quitting so many medications and THC at the same time but CBD seems to be the only way I can quit medication and THC at the same time. What is your perspective!
After 13 years of smoking bong all day long I decided it was time for a change in my life. I smoked all my weed before stopping and got rid of all my stuff to avoid temptation. I'm 2 days in, I sweat a lot, I dont have appetite, i had difficulties sleeping yesterday but I'm not gonna give up, I know it will pass and I will feel better. Wish me good luck, I'll come back for an update.
@@jhadebredenkamp97 I'm fine thank you, it's been 3 weeks now and I'm happy with the results. I feel better than before and I will continu on this path.
2 month ago i was one of those people. Ah shit, i want to stop, but then i cant eat, sleep, sweat a lots, stomach issue etc. And honestly this time around i just changed my mind set, i told myself, im doing this for me, to feel better and i barely had any symptoms. I went from drinking 2 redbull, smoking 10-15 joint, and eating 1 meal or none, sleeping 3-4h to good night of rest, eating 4 meal a day, no smoking, no caffeine, anxiety also went down 90%. I feel free and fucking great! Thanks for your video Doc! Update: Still strong after 6-7 month! : D
@@TheElendix Here right now mate. I started at 13 and quit at 19, was a daily use then but only smaller amounts with friends. In my mid twenties I got diagnosed with skin cancer, then had to have surgery after a car accident, then got diagnosed with R athriritis in both knees. All within a year. I started smoking again for multiple reasons. Pain relief, help sleeping, help not feeling sick especially having my wound gauzed everyday. That went on for about 3 years and between a 3.5/Q a day. Vast majority of my disposable income went on it. I've now not touched it for 5 days and it's been horrible. My hands and feet are sweating to the point I leave hand prints on anything I touch. Going toilet for a number 2 like 5+ times a day. Struggling to fall asleep, and struggling to stay asleep when I am. Can't wait for this to end. But anyway, I'm glad to read that you have had a similar experience and for ONCE someone has actually updated how they're getting on months down the line. So I appreciate you for that, gives me some confidence that I'm not just being crazy and there's a light at the end of it all.
Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
Can you help with the reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. Very hard to get a reliable source here in Australia. Really need!
Yes, dr.sporesss. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.
I wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. He's constantly talking about killing someone. He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.
40 years of smoking. I'm 5 days in. I can't eat or sleep. I'm not giving up. I've spent 6 grand on weed in the last year. That's messed up. I am a warrior 💪.
Day 7 off the dope after YEARS. Came across your channel about a month ago. Appreciate all your points and info.. gave me the motivation to finally get off it, especially after learning what CHS was and that I was experiencing it.
Five months sober. Gained my weight back. Still have muscle pains. Mind is clearer. Stomach issues are better. Brain fog is gone. So happy I slayed the dragon. NOT GIVING UP!!!!!
Just wanted to say thanks for your videos , 2 weeks weed free today after 29 years , the first week was so tough and listening to you was a massive help , already starting to feel better , sleep better and feel more motivated, I thought cannabis was helping my mental health , I was wrong , my thoughts are clearer and my mood is lifting more everyday , I listened to your videos through the sleepless nights and tears of desperation, once again thank you for giving your time to help all of us who wanted to go through this
Amen to this! The biggest problems I’m having are the insomnia and vivid dreams that are nightmares reliving my abuse when I was a child. But you’re right, every day gets a little better and brighter. Anxiety is very high but depression has not hit me. I’m taking magnesium glycinate at night to help me with sleep. I never thought withdrawal would be like this!
@@sensimiller420 ever thought it’s not me 🤔 my son made my utube channel when he was about 5 , that’s the picture he choose , require any more evidence to confirm my age 😂😂
@@Bobthebuilder-gn8ur thanks mate , I’m just over a month in now , to be honest feels like longer than a month , I don’t miss it but do find in hard not having that escape anymore , had a lot of emotion come out of me and still is realise how much it was masking , but I couldn’t face going back through them first 2 weeks again I’ll never go back to it now , hope your still going strong too 👊
Withdrawal is the Death of Addiction…Needed to hear this! Day 1 of quitting smoking weed after 10+ years and already feeling withdrawals. I am going to get through this!
Did you crack it brother? I'm week 3 I had a relapse a week ago had about 5 cones with my sister but stopped immediately after. I'm doing fine it's in the mind. My dreams are so trippy and vivid clear, my night sweats are only now becoming less intense and my natural hunger is all but totally back. Time to put some weight on. 3rd time quitting and every time is almost the same. It's how you summons yourself to deal with it. Reframe your thoughts to good ones and you'll surprise yourself how easy it is. Try getting excited about when the time comes when you reap the benefits of quitting. One time I went to prison for 8 months for selling weed and it was easier to do when ya have to but I don't recommend getting a prisons sentence to get off it hahahahaha...Hope this guy ain't getting paid by the pharmaceutical companies promoting orher drugs lol jokes
Hii, It's been more than a month of me being completely sober. Yet my bp has dropped, and my chest feels hard to breathe. I smoked 24*7 for a year, along with alcohols sometimes. My heart feels weak. I went to the doc, they said nothing's wrong wimma heart, but along with the palpitations,it fuckih pains. My leftside neck's nerve feels like it's tighter. Ohh I'm suffering alot😢 will i be alright?
I stopped smoking weed after 19 years of daily smoking. I lost my mom when i was 14 due to a heart attack in her sleep and i found her dead in bed. I believe i have some ptsd from this situation and have had the worst nightmares for the last 2 weeks after quiting weed. I really hope this stops soon. Thanks for these videos, it helps me understand what im going threw a bit more.
I'm only 6 days in and woke up from a very dystopian nightmare this am, glad I finally slept but I'm EXHAUSTED today and think it's partly from that nightmare.
@GraceThroughFaith222 I stopped 7 months ago and ever since I stopped the dreams started and they're crazy real. I guess that's the price you pay when you stop.
Here's what lessened my withdrawal symptoms. I quit being a regular pothead because it conflicted with my convictions as a, now, Christ follower. I no longer smoke cigarettes, don't drink liquor, no longer am interested in any harder drugs, but I'll still treat myself to some smoke around my birthday and Holliday season in moderation. Taking regular breaks lessened my withdrawals to 2 days of insomnia, reduced appetite, and cravings. Fasting helps with impulse control. When I was still a 24/7 pothead, forcing myself to finish withdrawaling before picking up again for diciplines sake helped. I definitely binged hard and abused pot again when my wife got pregnant and became insufferably volatile. Not saying it's good but having a shorter withdrawal window helped with that haha. Good luck to all in their journey to living cleaner, more meaningful, lives.
Day 3 sober after 8 years of daily toking and your videos are a great resource. Thanks for posting these. Quit nicotine last Nov. and weed is much more of a disastrous beast
Good job! But never say never, because if you gonna smoke 1 in a few days/week you see yourself as a failure.. every day you quit is a victory remember that.
First two weeks will be the hardest yall , u can do it find new purpose find new hobbies stay busy read, workout watch movies play games visit family . Im on day 22 clean after 10 years and let me tell you ! I feel GREAT mind is sharp, memory came back im dreaming everyday my frustration and irration has went down.. u will enjoy seeing the person u truly R without it
I’ve tried to quit weed twice, made it a few months before my stupid brain convinced me to try it again. Going to quit again this week, will never give up on giving up.
Magnesium folks. This has turned out to be a life saver. After 7 weeks i can finally sleep more then 4 hours. Infact after the 3rd night of taking it i slept over 10 hours. After being a zombie for over a month this was an absolute blessing. Not ashamed to say i cried after waking up i was so happy and relieved to finally have rested properly. More then the recommended amount is good to start with. It appears we deplete our bodies when smoking for a long time. Ive been blowen away with the time it takes to gwt over weed. Cigarettes was worse the first 3 days but that's it. After a week, no worries....but weed. Dam the withdrawls never end. The lack of sleep is the worse. I smoked again for a few days over new years but otherwise been off for over 7 weeks and its still tough but getting better everyday.
It's been a week since I quit alcohol + weed. I was having minor visual illusions, like a black critter passing by the corner of my sight, isolation and was starting to lie about not drinking/smoking. Unfortunately I had to lose something important to me to open my eyes and take the first step. Today I woke up feeling great, like I never been in years. Vivid dreams are still a thing, but just that for me. Doing talk therapy and medicine quit (lamotrigine) + keeping the right mindset. It's working, we can do it, guys. ❤
@@netovalcacer359bro you should have gone to the hospital alcohol withdrawals can kill you, and seeing black critters is a dead giveaway for delirium tremens
Dr Frank! Day 15 for me here! Can you believe it, half a month, im still not sleep well, but feeling sooo good. Ive had a few challenging days, and made it through them keeping myself busy. This has had a positive effect on me and my entire family. What a trip this is. Ive used a ton of you tips in the first week especially, body pain and weight loss was a big one, they are gone, im eating and enjoying it, and not nearly so sore at work Thank you for the content!
this was a 20 yea daily habit for me, I still have not had crazy vivid dreams just tossing and turning, but i feel like I am more rested with less sleep than with weed. And the exercise finally feels good!
@@adamkillingbeck9031 same here, day 15. Sleep is nearly impossible, and it seems to get worse by the day. I feel tired, do sports, yet still can't find sleep. But as you said, even with awful shitty nights like this, you feel better in the morning than after a full night of weed sleep. That's so true. Sometimes at least. As of right now, I look like shit, my eyes are dark under, I seem to be aggressive and groggy, and want to fight with people. Good news is that my appetite is fully back, I love eating agiah which is wonderful. The first week I couldn't eat anything, lost 6 kg. Now, it's only the sleep that's missing and that's the most important part. I will stay strong and see where this rides takes me
I'm on day 20 of quitting and just starting to have insomnia. I also started a keto diet at the same time. So far I've had very little anxiety and slept pretty good until about a week ago. I've never felt better even with the lack of sleep. Doing this has given me something other than weed withdrawal to focus on. I never think about weed. (Had been smoking 6 or 7 years daily) If I get bored I'll watch another video on keto dieting. I can't say it's the ticket ...yet, but it's surely helping me. I'll update in a few weeks. PS: Good luck with your journey to sobriety.
Two months of not smoking weed now and a little bit more than two weeks no vaping nicotine! Thank you for all the tools you are providing like what to expect and how the addiction is controlling us. Started to eat WAY better and to train.
Worst withdrawal in the world! Lost 15 lbs from lack of eating. However, now, on day 15, I'm feeling great! Crave less gum is helping me with my cravings as well as my insomnia too. Thanks, Dr. Frank!!
Worst withdrawal in the world 😂! That's just hilarious bud, opiates and benzos or alcohol makes THC withdrawal like a walk in the park. Please never do harder substances because you'll never make it
As someone whose well versed in opiate and weed withdrawl, weed can get bad but never even close to opiates. Oh trust me it gets terrible, but you don’t get sick, and you don’t experience the same level of dependency. I’ve experienced every weed withdrawl symptom in the book
@@soxfan3688 some of his videos from the beginning where good, but lately he got desperate for views and trown some crazy clickbaits, its accutualy dangerous to advertise that kind of stuff, people die from opioids withdrawals, a real medical doctor would never advertise that this dude is a chiropractor.
I have had opioid withdrawals, and i found them more easy, cuz its more physical and being in fever and cold its not so bad, and more easy to just rest as you really cant move :D
Smoked weed all day for 8 years,i am now 1 year and 1 month sober, had terrible symptoms after quitting, stomach pains, night sweats etc,you can overcome all these symptoms.i feel amazing now
@@OfficialPorkusChannel after writing this comment I discovered D.O.S.E ...Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, Endorphins (D.O.S.E) The system in our bodies that make everything run correctly. I tried quiting porn, masterbation, weed, and cigarettes all at once. My D.O.S.E system couldn't handle that much, and completely crashed. I discovered "dosing down" works with weed to. Now I'm going a lil slower...still quiting all of that though. I haven't failed, I've achieved a new mindset.
I’ve been smoking daily 3.5 plus of weed every day for 8 years and when I’ve ever tried to quit it’s been horrendous, night terrors, night sweats, irritable, feeling saddened and no hope. I recently went to Tenerife with a group of friends and smoked a bit over there. When I came home I woke up and decided to quit, I’m now on day 5 and have 0 withdrawals expect sweating at night which is the only withdrawal I’ve got. why is this after years of terrible withdrawals? Why now is it feeling like a walk in the park? This is extremely strange to me.
To a degree I think it's luck of the draw - last year I quit for a month, weed and tobacco/nicotine at the same time and after the initial decision to quit it was a breeze, no night sweats, irritation etc. only some weird vivid dreams. It was drinking around friends who were smoking that made me fall off the wagon. A few years ago I quit weed for a few weeks and every night I would wake up covered in sweat. This time around (2 and a half weeks clean from weed & tobacco/nicotine) I had night sweats for a few days after the 4th or 5th day but aside from that I have no other symptoms. I think it's a bit of a lottery probably depending ona load of different factors
It Is no fun lol. I’m on Day 7 of no weed no tobacco, I sleep 2 , 3 hours a night, constipated. Bad stomach pains, nightmares. Last night I wanted to give up but I took a sleeping pill to help me get to the next day. Can’t wait till this ends
It's been a week now since I quit weed! Even though I had a parcel arrive 4 days ago, it remains unopened. I'm finding it so much easier than I found quitting smoking cigarettes and vaping nicotine. I'm dreaming for the first time in years. feeling very proud of my self discipline and will power. I feel like I need to get rid of the package so the temptation is not there but on the other hand it's showing me how good I'm doing not to open it up!
Goodjob bro same here day 22 after 10 years. I was cheech and chong let me tell u haha I have an ounce of dank still and hash .. i dont even feel tempted anymore .. loving my sober(regular) mind and emotions the dopemine levels will return to normal soon
After 30 years of daily smoke, 3 days of not feeling great is all it took for me. Plus I quit caffeine at the same time. I'm glad I watched all these videos because it prepared me for the worse. I'm feeling beary good.
Been having all of these symptoms and developed CHS i was in the ER on my fourth day quitting and i’ve lost 50 lbs in the course of two months whilst using. I also started having extreme delusional thoughts whist using and they are still carrying over but i’n able to understand that i was having these thoughts due to me not processing anything in my life for the past 6 months. 10 days sober and im dedicated to staying sober because i know my symptoms will get better but ive got myself into DNA treatment and group meetings. sleep is very bad right now cuz i can only stay asleep for about 3-5 hrs a night
2 months today, no weed. Did it on my own, no probation, still no desire to smoke. No benefit to smoking at all, for me. Had the best rem rebound dream last night, finally a good one, didn't want to wakeup from. One down side I still have is, mildly bad closterphobia
Anybody else feeling like once it got legalized, the government started putting or cutting the weed with other shit that makes weed more potent and more addictive? May be kind of a conspiracy but I swear weed was never like this back in the day. Hence why some people believe there’s no withdrawal from weed..idk
Why would the government lace weed? Are you stupid..... It's the illegal crime organizations you go get it from that put that shit in it... Get smarter
Yes. The reason I decided to quit (after 53 years of smoking almost every day) was because the weed has become so strong that one toke would just put me into a stupor. It robbed me of all motivation, to the point where I couldn't do basic things like clean my house, exercise, have a social life, etc. All I wanted to do was spend endless hours on youtube. Today's hybridized super potent weed is not like the mild sativa of my youth.
I have been smoking marijuana since I was 14 . Its been every day since I was 21 years old. I only quit when I was pregnant four times and for a year 12 years ago and for two months after covid. Its been 18 days and its tought. I got my best night sleep last night. I have been experiencing night sweats, irritability, headaches, hot flashes ( maybe menopause) I couldnt eat for three days because I was nauseous, some what flu feeling symptoms, headaches. I was a heavy smokers. Smoked a pound of marijuana in Jamaica in a month. Its terrible I wish this ends soon.😢
Congratulations on taking this step! Just weighing in on the hot flashes. While they may be menopause for you, in my case it's definitely withdrawal. I completed menopause 20 years ago and have had the worst hot flashes and night sweats from quitting weed. Also, alternating between hot flashes and chills. Hope things are going better for you by now.
It's so true! These PAWS made me relapse when I was sober for almost 30 days. So I was picking up the shit again for 4 days in series. While I was high on the last of these days, i got scared by the idea that I have now reseted my neurological pathways and have to start my withdrawal from square one. But the good news is: It turned out to not be that bad. Still having sleep interruptions, body pain and all that but it was not getting worse again.
He makes option three sound so easy. Just walk into a doctor’s office and tell the receptionist you need to see a doctor because you’re going crazy from quitting weed.
Thats literally what I did. I called an advice nurse, told her i needed help and would like to talk to someone about rehab options. Next day my doctor contacted me, scheduled an in person checkup, and i just described what i was feeling and she offered me options to help. I started rehab the next week and first day of rehab i was prescribed short term sleeping pills, picked them up later that day. All it took was 1 phone call and a 7 minute conversation.
Hardest thing, lack of appetite, i am bodybuilder working as a trainer, loosing 1-2 kg of pure weight every week is scary and depressing even more, every food taste like nothing and u just cant put in ur mouth, terrible
Dude I’m having the same journey and it is very discouraging, not being able to eat when you normally do is awful but let’s get through this!! Best of luck to you
Started 18 quit 28. Smoked daily and heavy. It is true longer u smoke harder withdrawls and longer it takes to get out system. Im on day 22 rn and i feeeeel so much better mind is sharper , memories back , dreaming again i always woke up blank and throughout day mind was foggy now its clear ..
When I quit, Clonidine worked well for me , short term and then intermittently as needed for a while. It worked amazing for sleep and anxiety/restlessness.
Hi Dr frank please I need your advice. It's da 15, haven't had weed, nicotine, caffeine, candies, pron, not even Cola.. Nothing. But I JUST CAN'T SLEEP. if im lucky I get 2 hours a night. Result is, I feel and look like death the whole day. I don't crabe anything, it's JUST the sleep. Relapsing enters my mind just for the sleep. I looked and felt better when taking all these substances which sounds absurd, I know. I look sick just because I can't sleep
Why compare other drugs when this video is for THC users.. we know pain killers or other drugs are worse but people go through things differently and worse then those drugs
I think tapering down with Discipline will help with withdrawal. With in a weeks or so my sleep and appetite retuned with the quickness. Now I’m slowly working on alcohol
Thank you, You are doing a great thing, mindfull healty drug use for improving consciousness is much much diferent from allday daily misuse. 11days sober
Bro no way I have been wondering when they go away mine have been legitimately terrifying. I strangled my friend’s father to death in one of these crazy dreams and woke up screaming crying and sweating. It felt SO real. I’m hoping these go away before too long… 2 weeks in.
@BasicCPA yeah the first few weeks mine were crazy insidious type shit. Stuff that would make me paranoid and legitimately scared when I woke up. Anymore the dreams are not as scary but still very, very vivid. Stick with it. Some people say they will last for like 4 or 5 months.
Quitting fentanyl was easier than quitting weed. Still haven't quit weed. Withdrawals I'm sure from opioids tho are overall way worse for most people. I'm just talking phycological. It's Like morning coffee or a sleeping pill. It's very subtle and seems like a innocent habit. It's not
Was doing the delta 9 gummies for a while and the other day ago I woke up shaking and with a cold sweat. I ended up going to the er scared something was really wrong, and they told me it was withdrawal from quiting. I'm still going through it, and it's really tough, but I'm confident I can get through it, but it can be very tough at times.
I quit weed for 10 days now and i can't sleep AT ALL, few days in i was able to sleep for like 3-5 hours a night but now NOTHING. I don't know what to do with my self? This video helps thx, im going to do this naturally but man i am suffering like a sick dog. Never realized how F*ucked weed IS/WAS !!! holysh*t
Wow, that sounds rough. I forced myself to take tolerance breaks and wouldn't pick up until I could sleep again when I was a daily user and that had lasting benefits. Here's my advice, hopefully it helps. Don't look at screens(phone, TV, computer) before bed, try reading a book before bed or Journal to get your thoughts out. The Bible is great because the genealogy chapters put everyone to sleep and if you get into it, there's lots of life changing wisdom that is backed by neuroscience and psychology. Excersize a little bit everyday, if you exhaust yourself enough then your body will crash eventually and it'll be awesome sleep. Don't drink caffine after like 3pm ish. Keep you living space colder at night, your natural instincts expect a temperature drop at night. Stay hydrated but pee before bed. Look both ways before crossing the street. 👍
Absolute same here, day 15 of quitting everything, thc, nicotine, caffeine, pron, candies... I can't sleep AT ALL. I don't crave weed or anything, it's just I want to sleep again. No sleep makes me feel like shit, look like shit, function like shit... Low Energy... My eyes look terrible, as if I smoked all night long. 😢
The insomnia is insane. Never-ending energy. You literally have to not sleep for 4-5 days just to get a few hours. It’s catastrophic. Idk how i’ll ever quit because of it. It is brutal.
I have been addicted to Delta 8 gummies for two years . I've quite and relapsed and quit and relapsed and quit and relapsed and now I'm on the quitting side of things again and really really really will to follow through and sleep more if that's what my body is telling me as well as start a UA-cam broadcast....wish me luck
Day 100. I honestly didn’t think I’d make it to this point. I smoked for under a year and yet the withdrawls were still awful. I honestly expected to feel a little better then I do now just cause I didn’t smoke for very long. The psychological addiction is a real thing. I went through a wave of depression and anxiety while quitting and had to be medicated so that could be a factor as well. Gonna keep pushing because I want a better life for myself! Only 18 years young
The only thing i experienced and it was short term was anxiety. Took around 3 weeks to kick and i haven't touched it in over 4 years now after many years of smoking/vaping and the funny thing is I stopped on a dare because i smoked alot and the person thought i couldn't stop.
lm not gonna lie l currently stopped smoking weed since November 30th and now l have disassociation seems like every day can’t sleep till the point l can’t do the things l love and have panic attacks every other hour/ minutes what would you recommend ??
I have disassociation too I’m only 20 days in but life just feels weird asf rn guess we gotta push through it , we’re probably not used to life without weed yet
I found quitting smoke more harder then the illicit drugs , but thanks be to God , he helped me to get through , it’s my first week cegrates free , please pray for me so I can be a smoke free man soon ,
I smoked & drank for 20 years, woke up 1 day & quit cigarettes, cigarette was easier to quit than weed, haven't smoked weed or drank for 12 years, i quit weed easily too, key is to pick up another addiction like chess or bike riding
Smoked weed everyday for 20 years from the time I woke up until the time I went to sleep then decided one day to stop. Had ZERO weed withdrawals. Ben on painkillers longer than 20 years & there's NO comparison opiate withdrawals are literal HELL ON EARTH.
Did a 2.5 gram Lemontek and deep meditation. After coming down from the peak i had intense mental clarity for 2 hours afterwards. I looked at my bong and just felt this overwhelming sense of how much of a loser i am for letting marijuana consume my daily life and how unhealthy it was becoming for my mind and my life. Decided right then and there to quit cold turkey and pull my head out of my ass. Smoking starts off very innocuous but over time it digs its claws in deep. During the clarity, i had this sink or swim feeling like if i didnt quit, it was going to be a downward spiral of continuous use and was getting no where fast. Its been a week so far and my withdrawl symptoms are beating me down. Sleep maybe 2 to 3 hours a night, sweating, anxiety, depression, restlessness, loss of appetite, CRAZY movie like dreams...I WILL NOT GIVE IN, I AM STRONGER THAN THE MARIJUANA AND I WILL NOT LET IT CONTROL ME.
I quit smoking more then 30 days but I'm facing some problems like acidity reflux burping a lot and if i eat spicy food or junk food then my stomach starts pain after 5 6 hours and after came out from washroom the pain fade away and I have dry cough and sleeping problem constipation I want to know is this withdrawal symptoms or ibs problem??
Day 17 of no weed , I’ve quit before for abt a month but got back into it , my motivation is my future im 23 and feel like I havnt done ish w my life and want to do better for me , As of rn I’ve been feeling very demotivated when it comes to work and I’ve been feeling very irritated for the smallest things ima keep going but I just wish my mood would change
I've been smoking a gram of wax a day for two years. Went down to making it last 2 or so weeks over the course of a few month. Finally had one last 4 weeks and decided to stop all together. Gotta say this shit fucking hurts
It's my first full day actually going through it. My body is super heavy, I have this fountain of energy I cannot utilize and I'm angry. I'm angry at all the things that used to bother me a little but I'm super bothered. I asked my family a question today and they answered in some hogwash way and I snapped "like mf that's not what I asked you." Very little appetite but I'm eating anyway. That's all for now. I'll update as it goes on
5 months off methadone and still cant work and get debilitating post acute withdrawal symptoms that come in intense waves randomly, yet to have a day where i feel even close to normal or good. hearing you say weed withdrawals worse then opiates is utter bs, no offense.
No offense, I'd bet it's not the methadone withdrawal but more likely you don't know how to eat and nourish yourself so your body can heal and repair. If you don't eat and have proper vitamin levels, you won't recover as your hormones will never be at adequate levels
I smoked all day every day for the last 20 years and just recently quit. The withdrawals symptoms are so bad. It feels like I have a really bad hangover from alcohol.
If I go 24 hours without it I lose my appetite and break out in sweats here and there. I once had a whole seizure. 😞 I may quit for good. I just feel like I need weed to remain sane out here and it hurts that when I decide to ease up I have mini seizures every time.
I have done every single kind of drug and without a doubt, weed withdrawal has been the worse. Everyone discounting this is in denial! He is talking about the full body effects of withdrawal, not acute symptoms that comes from other drugs that get out of your system much quicker. Saying it’s not severe is totally wrong and an uneducated opinion. I’m on day 49 and still testing positive and still severe symptoms. What other drug stays in your system that long and has such long term side effects?
Everyone is different? I’m questioning myself as I have been smoking multiple times a day everyday for the last 6 years and just decided to take a t break. Haven’t had any withdrawal other than appetite loss and going to bed like an hour later than normal
@@bobjoe7492 I am now at 122 days and still testing positive. I was a heavy user for many years and had very bad withdrawal symptoms; shaking, cold sweats and hot flashes, insomnia, nausea and vomiting, major anxiety, etc. I no longer have withdrawal symptoms but they lasted a good two months for me. Any other drug I’ve done the withdrawal has only lasted a week, maybe two. I would use the example a lot of people don’t experience alcohol withdrawal symptoms either, unless they are heavy users and their body has become dependent on it. The problem is a lot of people discount the symptoms because they have never experienced it themselves, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen for many people.
I haven't seen anyone ask about this but I quit for the second time and it's not as bad as the first time but I noticed that both times I quit, colors just started to look way more vibrant?
I’ve been concvinced I had CHS up until recently when I gave some more information on peptic ulcers. I am now thinking this may be my issue. I have dramatically cut down on smoking yet just got a flare up of intense abdominal cramping, zero appetite, and bouts of vomiting. I really can’t live life like this anymore. HELP!!
I have not smoked in about 2 days Anxiety is already extremely worsened will the Anxiety get worse or is it gonna go down Anyone got any answers? I do not want to relapse and develop the dependence I've been smoking for 6 years since i was 14 and i finally know that I need to quit but hell the stress is crazy to deal with I will try to update this if i manage to quit
How did you do? I'm on day 3 and the anxiety is just crippling, can barely be out of bed, can't do anything but read or sleep. Everything I've read said it may get worse in those first 2 weeks but seems to get noticeably better for most day by day after that.
If it helps, just know your are likely supposed to feel anxious during this time. If you know you are supposed to feel this way, it’s easing because everything is going to plan!
Because some people who like weed or vaping might not like tobacco. It could get some people puffing on sometimg who might not have been puffing or anything
what i did when covid hit .. lockdown started before that i got myself loaded with weed ..but didnt smoke for six months .. but life sucked got at it again and started smoking weed after stoping for 6 months..now to 2024 it 4th day without weed
Withdrawal isn't trying to "pull you back in" it's just your body readjusting to the absence of the chemical. It's literally just your body adapting to the lack of weed it's used too. I
Heavy herb smoker here, quit 4 days ago because I got pneumonia, now I’m just trying to see how long I can last without it 😂 but damn the insomnia fucking sucks

Just like if you quit anything else. It's gonna have symptoms. I think with any drug your taking you should also take breaks. There are so many children on drugs how about we focus on that. And the people that do actually have Psychosis they can get booked to a psych ward pretty easily..
How is it going? Did you manage to quit?

Nightmares means your dreaming atleast . Your processing the emotions whilst before they where numbed from cannabis . ❤❤
I'm only 6 days in and woke up from a very dystopian nightmare this am, glad I finally slept but I'm EXHAUSTED today and think it's partly from that nightmare.
I stopped about 6 months and the vivid dreams have not stopped ever since I stopped smoking.

How’s it going?

I was a heavy smokers. Smoked a pound of marijuana in Jamaica in a month. Its terrible I wish this ends soon.😢
Congratulations on taking this step! Just weighing in on the hot flashes. While they may be menopause for you, in my case it's definitely withdrawal.
Best of luck to you
Once I got past the insomnia phase everything was a Breeze I’m still dealing with brain fog tho
how long did it take?
@@BurritooOnly 1 week for me
@@Kabal4447you probably didn’t smoke very long. I started at 24 I’m 33 now
Started 18 quit 28. Smoked daily and heavy. It is true longer u smoke harder withdrawls and longer it takes to get out system. Im on day 22 rn and i feeeeel so much better mind is sharper , memories back , dreaming again i always woke up blank and throughout day mind was foggy now its clear ..
Looking fowsrd to 1/2 month mark to truly be detoxed
This video is the only reasource that made me feel understood thank goodness holy cow and thank you so much 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
When I quit, Clonidine worked well for me , short term and then intermittently as needed for a while. It worked amazing for sleep and anxiety/restlessness.
I love the thumbnail haha you on point .. fr making me feel bad bout myself 🥴 might actually quit 😬 thanks bro
Will anxiety go away on its own or should I seek medical help? It’s been over a month and I’m having anxiety and overthinking. Please help brother
It’s always recommended to see a doctor when you’re having issues that affect you in a negative way.
I've been smoking for like 15+ years. Quit 2 months ago and STILL have crazy vivid dreams EVERY night..
Some people say they will last for like 4 or 5 months.
try sleeping with a mellow TV show on. Helped me with that a lot. I never did that before but the dreams were crazy and it helped a bit
It's not
Does cutting out caffeine make a big difference?
Personally I think I’ve played a role with the insomnia and anxiety. I believe cutting the caffeine benefited those two things for me
Thanks Coach. For everything.
You honestly are saving my life thank you 🙏🏻
Was doing the delta 9 gummies for a while and the other day ago I woke up shaking and with a cold sweat.
@@groundjitsu Stay strong brother!!! I think it's the only way✊✊✊✊🤜🤛
@@michaellastname3924 thank you so much❤️🔥
The insomnia is insane. Never-ending energy. You literally have to not sleep for 4-5 days just to get a few hours. It’s catastrophic. Idk how i’ll ever quit because of it. It is brutal.
You are saving my life!
How’s it going?
Goodjob u didnt smoke too much and your young i started at 18 and quit 22 ago im 28 now bro .
Your body and mind will appreciate you trust me younging
Longer u smoke harder withdrawls and longer it takes to get out system. happy for u man
@@santosthegeesevensixty5687 thanks dawg it means a lot
Lets go bro
U can do it ! So young!
I call it being reverse-high. You could go through life high, then you can't go through life like this, until things normalize.
Day 3 wobbles 😮Dreams starting (amazing). I will continue…❤
Almost been 2 weeks since I quit and am still struggling to get to sleep.
Fug. You're full of good and bad news. Back to the 3 choices. TY for your insights and sharing your wisdom
Day 17 of no weed , I’ve quit before for abt a month but got back into it , my motivation is my future im 23 and feel like I havnt done ish w my life and want to do better for me ,
As of rn I’ve been feeling very demotivated when it comes to work and I’ve been feeling very irritated for the smallest things ima keep going but I just wish my mood would change
I love this video
Worse than opioids? What are you smoking?
I've been smoking a gram of wax a day for two years. Went down to making it last 2 or so weeks over the course of a few month. Finally had one last 4 weeks and decided to stop all together. Gotta say this shit fucking hurts
It's my first full day actually going through it. My body is super heavy, I have this fountain of energy I cannot utilize and I'm angry. I'm angry at all the things that used to bother me a little but I'm super bothered.
I asked my family a question today and they answered in some hogwash way and I snapped "like mf that's not what I asked you."
Very little appetite but I'm eating anyway.
That's all for now. I'll update as it goes on
Also I'm taking melatonin. Doubles up on feeling super heavy cause they're fisrly strong
How’s it going?
5 months off methadone and still cant work and get debilitating post acute withdrawal symptoms that come in intense waves randomly, yet to have a day where i feel even close to normal or good. hearing you say weed withdrawals worse then opiates is utter bs, no offense.
No offense, I'd bet it's not the methadone withdrawal but more likely you don't know how to eat and nourish yourself so your body can heal and repair.
If you don't eat and have proper vitamin levels, you won't recover as your hormones will never be at adequate levels
9 months in, still in hell
Geeee. Its one week of night sweat and bad thoughts. Have been threw it many many times. Some people need to toughen up
I smoked all day every day for the last 20 years and just recently quit. The withdrawals symptoms are so bad. It feels like I have a really bad hangover from alcohol.
Did you quit?
I have all of these after quitting vaping weed pens it’s horrible I’m 7 days in feels like hell
Ad dr I got caught up watching world news
I love your stuff
EXACTLY! And rehab clinics all over the US are seeing this as well. They are legit at a loss with some people as how to manage it
You haven't done heroine or Crack
Don't lie weed isn't even close to the worse the worst is probably stuff like xans and alcahoal
False Expectations Appearing Real - damn that's so accurate. Thank you so much
The thumbnail is just too funny lol
I need to go to the beach , damn cities are horrendous
Because some people who don't like tobacco might like weed. If they bring weed into the shops in other cuntry we could get more smokers
Because some people who like weed or vaping might not like tobacco. It could get some people puffing on sometimg who might not have been puffing or anything
how about a discord server to exchange ideas. especially if you're not feeling well and need someone to talk to.
When they try it do more people like weed then tobacco cigarettes?
I chuckle in the face of weed withdrawals =)
what i did when covid hit .. lockdown started before that i got myself loaded with weed ..but didnt smoke for six months .. but life sucked got at it again and started smoking weed after stoping for 6 months..now to 2024 it 4th day without weed
Withdrawal isn't trying to "pull you back in" it's just your body readjusting to the absence of the chemical. It's literally just your body adapting to the lack of weed it's used too. I
Weed the Devils fruit. Its so sweet when u smoke it, but the deal is the Devil owns ur body.
Like your analogy.
Heavy herb smoker here, quit 4 days ago because I got pneumonia, now I’m just trying to see how long I can last without it 😂 but damn the insomnia fucking sucks
