Kes your song makes me cry every time. I was abandoned at birth. My mother and father come from Trinidad they left me in an orphanage in Canada. I was in a bad foster home. . I don't know my father. When you say''' some of them want to see you on the ground'' My mother kept me away from my aunts and uncles making them believe I was bad. :( Thank you for this song filled with hope. It took me years to believe in myself. Yes I am a Lion today! Through this song you make me love myself and I can feel the warmth or your heart.. How I would have loved to be raised in my country with a loving family. You touched my life. Thank you!
