Hey Matty, im a massive fan. Since last summer I have been battling depression and anxiety. Near February it started to get better and I got proper help. But everythings now relapsing. I was just having a anxiety attack and I had youtube on. This video came up and it caught my attention. I honestly think your video just stopped me from doing something i might regret later. Im gonna use this as a coping mechanism from now on. I really appreciate you doing this for people like me. Youre a great guy. Keep it up!

Marty I want to say thank you so much for this. It is currently my final exam week. I was in a very low point last weeks, failing core classes, with a chance of repeating the grade. I nearly gave up entirely. Thank you so much, this video brought me out of that hole. I was able to fix myself and my grades, I am confident in myself with my education. I appreciate you and all of the ASMR community
