I can't thank you enough for the stand advice, I have one of these and it is on the crappy tripod stand right now. I will be ordering a 1/200 stand soon. Thank you for mentioning it before mine fell!
Keep in mind that the front and rear doors on the right side of the 737 (for all modern variants of the 737) are actually shorter in height than the doors on the left. This may explain why the registration number placement appeared asymmetrical to you. Hope that helps for the future (unless you already have figured that out by now 😅).

I actually have that model. I had saved up to buy it and when I walked out I walked out with 2 1:200 models the freedom one and a ups 767-300.
