If it's 3 am and you're struggling to fall asleep, don't stress .... just lie down and listen to the music and breathe....slowly in thru your nose as your belly rises as you count to 5.....and then exhale slowly thru your mouth to the count of 5. Don't worry if you will fall asleep. Just lie still and let your body relax, you're OK. Just resting is enough right now. Keep breathing. You are doing great. You are safe, secure and loved.

I have listened to other videos, but for months now I sleep with this one. I suffer from PTSD and I swear I don't have nightmares when this is on. I don't know what it does to my brain, but the peace I feel when it is in the background, even sleeping. My life is easier thanks to this. Thanks.

I’ve listened to many chillout mixes over the last year and this is by far one of the most composed pieces of work I’ve come across. The waves softly crashing with the touch of the piano in the background. My six year old girl won’t go to sleep without meditation / chillout mix. A healthy mind is a healthy child. 😍😍. I fall asleep to this video almost every single night. The music is calm and gentle, without any piano sounds to jolt me awake, and it's dark enough not to bother me too much. (Slightly darker would be even better, though. The people who make all the different sleep videos seem to forget how hard it is to sleep with bright light shining on your face, or flickering / changing light.) Thank you for this video - it's lovely.

The setting sun who tries to cover his face with the rain bearing black clouds , the ocean water glitters reflecting the necessary fact tht the sun tries his best to shine though setting , the Graceful wavey music tht seems to lullaby the vast ocean and powerful ever beaming Star, the black colour of the sky and the ocean conveying something blissful tacitfully ...wow a perfect blending of the music and the image... Lets all sleep with the mighty babies of water and fire..
