What I absolutely hate about this episode is how everyone treated Fugitoid like he didn’t have to save Earth.

And it almost made me hate leo because of his bad behavior to Fugitoid.

21:26 I think Shredder’s idea was that “since my “daughter” is gone I should finish Splinter right here & now” like assuming by saying “Karai is gone” he means she’s dead then why shouldn’t he kill Splinter? The one thing he truly cared about in the world is now gone so the only thing that matters to him is finally getting his petty revenge on his brother, even if it means dooming humanity.
I think youre right. Its hard to imagine me even in a angry vengeful nihilistic state just dooming everything and everyone though.
I do remember hearing somewhere that the space arc was really expensive to make given all the new characters and environments they had to make for nearly every episode, which is probably why some stuff looks like a painting and not actually like a real place etc sometimes. Could be wrong though but it would make a lot of sense given that stuff doesn't happen elsewhere in the series to my recollection.
You're def right there. It works for the most party but I def noticed it and pointed it out a bit too much!
This is a great episode, good final fight against triceraton. Also always love seeing Splinter and Shredder fight it always good

While in NYC a few weeks ago, I randomly stumbled into Washington Square while killing time before a movie I was gonna catch, which is when I discovered that, no, Washington Square was not a made-up NYC location for TMNT (like TCRI) as I had believed for nearly a decade 💀💀 You can imagine my shock when I suddenly realized I was standing in front of the fountain where the Triceratons planted the black hole generator lol
Whoaaa I didnt know the actual fountain was there too damn!
If they could the writers could definitely go back and have Mozar say "Mozar is INEVITABLE!"

The way they solved it is weird with having 2 sets of the turtles and they just give up their lives to go to space... which is weird... but I guess it is what it is. I do personally like the fugitoid's story more in the 2003.
It's not weird. The younger turtles are fulfilling their space adventures. They're going back in time to make it a closed loop, so that they're always gonna be there to save the Earth. "Give up their lives"? Lol, no my guy, they're going back in time to start their space adventure and eventually come back to Earth and save it. In the end, they all go back to Earth

Phew, talk about contrived and easy drama. Leo going solo (which is a move Raph would make) wasn't needed and the way everyone turns on Fugitiod is the definition of contrived 😑.
You can just feel how the characters are acting out of character here (with the exception of Donnie, Mikey, and April), and before someone hits me with the whole "they're teenagers defense". We have seen these teenagers act a bit more rationally than this and it's clear that this just here for easy conflict 🤨.
Also, them having the past turtles into space was also a bit of a contrived way to get rid of them. They could have just had it where the future turtles disappear because if they saved the earth they technically would have never gone into space 🤔.
Some last notes: one, it's interesting that the turtles are kind of the reason the triceratons got the generators. Two, yeah Leo yelling "splinter" probably alerted him that shredder was behind him. Three, I like that Fugitoid didn't have a deep reason beyond greed for building the generator whereas in most other shows would have had him be coerced into doing it. Finally, 16:07 the ship going boom when it nearly crashed I think was the engine coming back on in the nick of time 🤔.
We liked it but I certainly didnt like how the drama between them and fugitoid felt very forced. I'm prone to side with the people who defende their behavior because they're teenagers simply because I have teenagers and they can be irrational one minute and very ratioal the next. Very inconsistuent proto humans lol. And yeah it is interesting how the turtles were apart fot he whole deal. Thanks for watching and commenting. - Shane
@@3rdstreetreactions I still liked it too (at least the second half), and I get the whole "teenagers act the way they do" thing 🤔.
However, when not handled right it can feel like a show just uses that as an easy reason to have drama or characters be mad at each other, and perhaps what exacerbates me more is people quickly using that defense every time someone complains about the contrived drama.
Not saying that you're doing that just that I tend to see this pop up all the time 🤔. Have a blessed one Shane and Tom and keep up the good work.
I'm with Michelangelo, Donatello and April, I would give Fugitoid a second chance.
Leonardo going in alone was really stupid for a leader.

i hate the fact that they had that whole the present professor honey cutt still alive but never really had him coming back in season 4 or in season 5 because there are some episodes that he could have been and he could have always could have stay on earth with the president turtles and them and I also hate the fact that this was the last time we saw muck man he had became an mighty mutanimal in season 3 part 2 episode he could have been in some episodes in season 4 and in season 5 to

I like this version of leo and he is my favorite turtle out of the 4 and I understand that he was mad about professor honey cutt about him making the black hole weapon and everything but my gosh leo should have known better to get up in a small ship to try to fight a whole entire triceraton army bruh
I mean I love leo too and I actually like his acts of bravery, but yeah.. not a smart move here!

I like this episode and everything but my 2 small problems I have with this episode was that whole leo going to try to fight the triceratons by himself I understand that he was mad at professor honey cutt and everything but getting into a small ship to fight an whole triceratons army and my other small problem I had with this episode kinda felt rush and I wanted/ thought that the creators and them was going to read the mutants in space chapter book put some of the small stuff that was cut from the season 3 final part 2 episode and had happened in the books especially that whole piegon pete trying to fight the triceratons scene because 1 what they did to him later on in season 4 is mess up and 2 that would have been an perfect ending for his character and i kinda wanted them to have the past and the present captain mozars to team up to fight both the past and present turtles and them and have both the captain mozars to have all there triceratons to earth and try to destroy the turtles and shredder allies that way we could see them have some fight scenes to

that whole past turtles and april casey jones going to space with the past professor honey cutt didn't really make no sense why would they just go with them and there can't really be 2 versions of turtles and april casey jones in this universe really and I feel like that the creators and them should have just have the present turtles and them do the whole team up with the past themselves and then some weird time thing starts happening and its takes them to the present day after they stop the triceratons because that is just going to have everybody and fans ask where did the past turtles and them had go and what will happen if they come back bruh
They probably just wanted their own turn and they probably time traveled to the future, that kind of thing can happen

It’s weird,but they usually have two arcs per season,and this was the end…but they should’ve made this a 2-part mid season finale special like they did with battle for New York and worm quake
This episode almost made me hate it and hate leo because of his attitude and the turtles and casey treated Fugitoid like sh*t and I really wished to slap leo for being an a-hole plus he gets on my nerves 😠😒.

Realistically yes because it’s the intended finale and without spoliing anything it feels like an ending rather the the one that your given which doesn’t feel like one
