Ingredients for Van Stapele white chocolate stuffed cookies
125 gr Butter at room temperature
vanilla
a pinch of salt
half cup of sugar
half cup of brown sugar
1 egg
3 tablespoons of cacao
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
1 cup + 3/4 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
100 gr of dark chocolate
150 gr of white chocolate
