Lucky arrow gives 90% getting shiny and 10% not a shiny, but u can still get stands that doesnt have shiny so if that happens its unlucky, when you join to a server you will have 1% pity of a skin chance and whenever u use arrow, rib or requirm arrow ur pity increases 0.02 so 25 arrows will be 1.5 pity but if u leave the server that pity will reset back to 1
