Namine was in my opinion, Kingdom Hearts in human form. She is filled with sorrows and is used as a rope in tug of war. She is captured by both heartless and nobodies. She is the true key to kingdom hearts. Not only is she filled with sorrow, no matter what, she is kind and gental. She is the heart of the world. She, is what we are supposed to be
In my opinion naminé is the sweetest, cutest, nicest, sincerest, honest, most serene, graceful, innocent and purest character in fiction. Plus she is overly adorable beyond comprehension.
My favorite Kingdom Hearts theme of all time :) When you first hear it, it's kind of got a reminiscent, melancholy feeling towards it at the beginning, that makes you get chills down your spine, and makes you think that there's something important you need to remember. (Well, to me.) THEN it gets sad when you know the back story about Namine, and everything she's been through. But instead of what she wants, she does something for one of her friends that hurts her the most. Namine FTW.
You shouldnt dislike the people who didnt like this song, you should feel sympathy instead of anger, because these people are missing out. Most probably these people dont know peace, and feel only hate. You should feel sorry for the people who's minds are clouded with anger... They will never know love. ~ 'If you want to learn to love better, you should start with someone you hate.'
I am also touched by a majority of the KH songs. If you ever want to play KH on your PC download a PS2 emulator and buy a xbox 360 controller and a xbox 360 receiver, it is very worthwhile
first you tube comment. i had to subscribe this song just relax the body heart and soul one of the most important characters in the kh games. Keep guarding everyone's hearts Namine ;)
I met a girl like this late last year, she was blonde blue hazel eyes, never really socialized she drew all day everyday had over 200 beautiful drawings, we dated a month then broke up, it was both our first relationships
Namine is my favorite theme out of all the theme from kingdom heart because there something about namine song that makes me wonder...I feel so trapped like a bird in cage. Anyways, I absolutely love this song so much because the song is so adorable. So much on my mind that I can't put it in words XD.
i've been looking for this song for a few minutes.... for some reason, i vaguely remembered it as very sad, but with the sounds of waves lapping at the beach lightly in the background. i just needed to hear it.
300PIVOTMASTER i think that the problem is that she never did anything to begin with, kind of bland character that they needed because sora had a nobody and so ,why not kairi to?
Sofia Barbieri Well, I think Namine was made before Roxas, but there was also the first KH secret ending. But come on, Roxas was a heartless with Xehanort eyes in that so how reliable is it?
300PIVOTMASTER well kingdom hearts has many things like that it's true, because they go on with the plot without caring much of what there was before, like why the hell nobodies weren't in kh 1? Anyway i just find namine boring , but that is my opinion
No, Wiliscut, I think you are right. This game turned out to be so much more... so romantic, so emotional, so deep... I guess that all kingdom hearts fans agree in that. This game is also a part of me, and I will always keep it in my heart.
She was quiet and always drawing, when we went to the beach, she'd draw a picture instead of swimming. Sometimes she would draw us too, she was really good. I remember Riku and I fighting over who she would draw next. But one day she was gone.
As much as I love this song, it now reminds me of a dead friendship I had to end. My bestie and I would listen to this all the time, but now that person that I was so close with doesn’t exist anymore. I guess that’s why I’m here now. To look back on good but distant memories. Her favorite character was Kairi, and mine was Namine.
this song has so much emotion in it. It makes me wonder what to even think about. It has a rare effect in which my mind goes completely numb just listening to the song. Its relaxing and hopeful, yet sad and depressing. It makes me wonder what life is like on the other side...
i listened to this song during the last week of my summer vacation while i sat on a hill and watched the sunset. you wouldnt believe how beautiful it felt
this song is just so beautiful.this is what i see it as: it's the vague memories of a girl who never was. she wasn't meant to exist. she was forced to do the biddings of an evil ruler, because of her strange powers. she was finally able to manipulate a hero to come save her, but she was only able to tell him what he existed for before being taken again by her captor. she'd come so far, only to stumble and fall so close to the finish line. this is her story......
When i was young i went into a store..it was a little store called game stop...i saw a game with a picture a boy some other people on it...i touched the cover and i promise you till this day i got some sort of static shock or something... i asked my mom for it..she got it for me... i put it my console...and throughout the years Ive had it..i slowly fell in love with it...i cried more, i felt more alone , i was so lost.....but....at the same time ive never felt better in my life.. My heart is new
To the best of my understanding, they're saying that you are at peace between the time you meet and part with somebody, so although you'll have to part, you can still remember the peace you felt before.
I can think of no other game that propped such a love for it or help me change the way I look at things. Kingdom Hearts has that kind of impact. It truly is magic and this song always reminds me of that fact.
Kingdom Hearts changed me as a person...Sure I wasn't all to crazy about it when I bought the 1st one but my love has grown and matured over time and now I can't think what my life would have been like if I hadn't loved it. Sora always reminds me to keep an upbeat attitude and even when things look bleak to keep strong and keep supporting your friends as well as even if a loved one is no longer with you as long as you remember the time you spent with them they'll never be truly gone.
It means that between now and then I will feel great sorrow, and the only thing I can do about it is keep dreaming optimistically as I always do, despite the tragedy that will soon occur. I can't help my circumstances, so rather than clinging to the past, I need to focus on the present, and perhaps I can find a solution after all.
When you feel so attached to this game that you look up all the songs and themes. I even feel as though I could be inside this game right now, because of my attachment ;) Ahh, for me this game held many sorrowful yet peaceful memories as well. I cant say that Im the ultimate fan and that Im number one with this game, but I truly do think of it as a piece of art that should be admired greatly. :)
I have no clue how this is possible: I love The Beatles, Aerosmith, The Doobie Brothers, ELO, ect. I've never played KH. But for some reason, I find this song really enchanting.
Ah…songs like this and many other KH songs make me more and more eager for the day I get my own keyboard…and fail and trying to play these songs. *sighs* I can't wait! :)
I am with you 100% sir. I too played this game when I was young, around 11. Now that I'm 17, the newer games are amazing, but they really don't give you the true and valuable life lessons that you mentioned which younger kids today need. Now games are all about violence and sex, which is fine with me because I'm older and I know whats good and bad, but other kids may not know this. I will never forget the Kingdom Hearts series.
It only took me five minutes to fall in love with this game and yes i know its just a game but this game is not like others with killing and shooting its so creative and adictive who ever made tihs game must have a perfect mind for storylines cause this one is perfection
Namine's theme song sounds more like a nostalgic theme compared to Kairi's theme. Her theme defiantly makes me think of the phrase "reflection" for some strange reason. It's like it makes u want to sit in a quiet room on a nice sunny day staring out your window think of bitter-sweet moments, and take them for what they are as you use them as a guiding light toward the future.

I wish others could see your comment... Once seeing it , I can't disagree with you...
Thank Naminé.
This thumbnail just SCREAMS 2000s and all the shit that happened then. Those were good times...
don't cry... don't cry... *cries*
ever heard Ventus' or Roxas' theme?!?! *^*
Gamer Luna xion´s theme it is also sad
@@gamerluna7341 or even Ven as a character. I cried at one part of him at the end of KH2 I think it was:(
It is incredibly sad to see two people love each other so deeply but can't be next to each other in person.
Who was Namine in love with? Roxas had Xion. Sora had Kairi.
Friendship can be a form of love. Perhaps all of the above
i know this is old
but namine is with axel
Rexxel I always thought Repliku and Naminé. Repliku gave up a vessel for her as well in KH3.
It doesn't matter who. It's a metaphor for real life. Think about how many nerdy people like us have good friends that we're separated from.
is just me?, or does Naminé's theme reminds me a lot of the prelude themes from the final fantasy series?
I was just thinking that
Ngl namine theme sounds like a final fantasy theme which I love so much especially the strings
And XION theme kinda remind me of somnus from ff15

This same video has been in my life for almost 9 years now I was 15 when I found this video! I'm 23 going 24!
Ive always been searching for a song that is so beautiful, it makes me want to cry.
My search is complete.
Eleven years later...still as nice a tune as it was when I listened to it while browsing Club Penguin blogs in fifth grade.
I remember listening to this in 2008 too. I can't believe it's been that long already
Same!
Victory or Oblivion ikr omg. I’d draw with this song on back when I was 10 😭
I know right now KH3 out!!!!! Insane😱
I know right? SAME. It’s crazy how time flies.
"Oh, and Naminé, I have a message for you too: Thank you."
this song REALLY makes me feel good and in peace.
KH is awesome.
I swear, Kingdom Hearts has one of the most beautiful soundtracks ever made D:
I seriously need to get the soundtracks of every series!
This strangely goes REALLY well with rikus theme played at the same time. They sort of.. guide each other. try it.
Where can we find a mix like this, wanna listen o-o !
Dammit. Now that you said that, those 2 themes aren't going to sound right by themselves anymore.
Bobby Rare RikuNami subtle foreshadowing in the soundtrack😎
Kingdom hearts 3 confirmed riku abd namanie l
Just wanna cry. I miss these games so much. I wish I had a ps2. Good memories and emotional ones too.
If you have a ps3, buy the remix collections
I am also touched by a majority of the KH songs. If you ever want to play KH on your PC download a PS2 emulator and buy a xbox 360 controller and a xbox 360 receiver, it is very worthwhile
+Zashman11 is there also like a ps3 emulator to like play 1.5&2.5?
Bat man unfortunately I do not know much about ps3 emulation, I believe from what a friend has told me is that it cannot be done, sorry.
+Zashman11 Aw thanks anyways. Kh3 is supposed to come out this year, yay. so many good happy memories with this game

The first time I heard this fully I felt like letting my tears fall, I don't really know why.
You know I like how in a way they portrayed the "witch" part of Namine. Part of it is very "bewitching" and you can't help but focus on that part.

i cant even find the words to describe the feeling i get when i listen to this, the memories that came with this game...damn.
Its like a puzzle. You can just smash it all to pieces in a second, but it takes an hour to put it back together
this is giving me nostalgia in a good way
